There is no best way, it all depends on the PSA or CSA, but I would say Team Mail, is probably the first choice

When I get any new PSA's or CSA's, I try to contact them daily for the first 2 weeks or so, and thereafter, a weekly team mail.

If any affiliate writes to my personal e-mail, with queries, I send a more detailed reply than I would if it was team mail, and the ones who contact you, through your private e-mail, are in my experience the "workers".

Hi Eva,

First of all, when you have a contact with your PSA or CSA for the first time, send them a welcome message. It should be brief, just a couple of sentences for introducing yourself as their sponsor and welcome them into your team.
The next day you can send a message explaining shortly how daily actions are important. Write down your e-mail where they can write about everything they need to know, always state that you will answer as soon as you can.
Weekly mails are important

The system that SFI rewards you for is the best!

Send weekly letters to you whole team. (CSA's &PSA's). Use these to cover various sales techniques, SFI program functions, Standing Orders, stories from your own experience, etc.

Send short notes via Stream 3-4 times a week. Use these for inspirational quotes, leader recognition, contest reminders, short sales ideas, etc.

Personal notes via regular email. These are important especially for people who have not

Hello,

There are several contacting ways in order to keep up with PSAs and CSAs.

1. Email

2. Team Mail

3. SFI Chat

4. Genealogy Mailer (PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer)

5. Skype

It is good to use all 5 contact methods above, so try to manage each of them. I personally use my email in order to contact my PSAs and CSAs. My affiliates would definitely respond back to me via email. All 5 of them definitely come in handy.

This depends on the member and also will be different from PSA to CSA.

If you are getting CSAs it is because you are in a leadership position which is good, so that is the position you should take. An affiliate should look to their sponsor in the first instance. In the second instance they can look up to their upline, or sideways to their co-sponsor.

Send out a mail fortnightly, a message of encouragement and support, and offer for them to contact you. Add them as A2A friends.

PSAs and CSAs are like business associates. Staying in touch with them is an issue one cannot over-emphasize.

First of all, SFI provides various means whereby we can stay in touch with our downline. In my opinion, the number of times we can stay in touch with them cannot be quantified. What is important is for you to leave communication lines open all the time. At least it is helpful to make yourself accessible to your downline, because they may need help at odd hours.

These are the pointers I think work best:
1. Welcome PSA's and CSA's to your team asap after they join.
2. Advise affiliates of your availability for support, to answer their questions. Use the system or upline if you do not have or are uncertain of responses.
3. Prompt responses to any and all questions- give links so that they can find more indepth info on their own. This will encourage them to use the system and more often than not pick up additional tips. The more you learn, the

This is a great question,

What I do to stay in contact with my psa's and csa's is send the first email once you receive them is the first and foremost the very important because that lets them know your very interested in them. Then I send a email saying what to work on and if they have any questions I am here to help.

After that if they are online I instant message them to see if they have any questions for me, if not I send a email to just check in and see how they are

There are several ways to keep in touch with the PSA and the CSA are:

1. Send a message through the genealogy.
Send a message via the genealogy is an important factor. Send a message via genealogy will get 30 VP per week. We can send a message one time per week, could also more than once. If there is no important things that should be delivered one time each week we send out a message to your downline, it is good to establish communication with the downline.

2. Send a message
