This is a very critical situation, which is faced by all the sponsors sooner/later & is need to be addressed very sensibly.
First of all you need to ascertain properly the activities of your PSA/CSA to ascertain where he/she's going wrong. You need to analyze his daily SFI activities, marketing efforts, sponsoring efforts etc. You need to understand their background, economic condition etc. Only after fully analyzing you can provide a suitable & timely feedback & guide them to the route of success. I'm mentioning some of the possibilities along with required actions below:
# New affiliate : For the new joiners you need to first of all make them understand program. Tell them to Visit the SFI home page - https://www.sfimg.com/Home on daily basis and go through the three options - "Getting Started, SFI Basics & Launchpad" & don't just read them but apply the instructions accordingly.
# Proper Monitoring : You should be well aware of your team(esp. the movers) & monitoring their progress or where they're lagging in a proper/regular manner.
# Timely feedback : Provide timely feedback so that they can undo their mistakes & move in the right direction. If they ask for any help, don't ever ignore it & be prompt in your response(ASAP).
# Economic constraints : There are lots of affiliates who are not economically sound enough, you should help them out by suggesting how they approach their business with min. investments. Check this link - https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=ask_sc_question&id=9284 for reference.
# Contest : Arrange regular contests & reward their efforts to help & motivate them. You can provide them TCredits, reassign affiliates, use gift certificates etc.
# Duplication : Make them understand the importance of duplication & how they can multiply their efforts with the help of that.
# Advertising : Tell them the various ways & options(free classifieds, traffic exchanges, blogs, websites, forums, social networking sites etc) of advertising to generate more PSA, PRM, ECA, Sales etc.
# Power of interaction : Tell them to interact with the fellow affiliates & visit the forum on regular basis. Lots of affiliates gain enormous knowledge, resolute their problems from the large knowledge pool of experienced & helpful affiliates active in the Forum.
# Lead by example : You're the team leader so its your duty to share your milestones & success methods with them. You should lead by example & make them to follow you. Make them understand that it takes everyone for a while to get success(you can give your example as well), but their should be continuous & sincere effort.
# Positive intent : Finally the most important part is to provide the positive intent by sharing motivational quotes, success stories etc. Always remain by their side, if not financially then at-least mentally. A positive approach can change a lot of things & work wonders.
