Hi Michael,
This is a very important question & I've gone through the same situation so I'll try to answer it by sharing how I tackled the situation.
In such a situation when you're not getting any response from your sponsor/co-sponsor/upline, the 1st & foremost thing is to remain positive & keep the self belief intact. After that you'll have to invest as much time as possible for you to train yourself. You'll have to use all the resources available in SFI :
1. Getting Started Training - Start with this to understand the basic idea of the program.
2. SFI Rules of success - This is the backbone of the SFI online business, go through it thoroughly & apply accordingly.
3. Launchpad training series - This is a specially prepared training material for a month covering almost everything related to SFI & TripleClicks. Take your time & move at your own comfortable pace while reading & following the instructions. Its suggested not to go for more than 2 launchpads at a time, keep that in mind.
4. Frequently Asked Questions - Use this section properly, you'll get common matches to most of your initial questions.
5. Power Tips - You can use this blog, it'll provide lots of tips & ideas to maximize your SFI business.
6. Internet Income Course : This is the most valuable part of SFI training that's providing free knowledge about online business(in details). There's already 86 lessons & hopefully many more to come.
7. Generating TripleClicks Sales - You'll find a lot of material in the form of articles & tips for producing sales in TripleClicks, they are very helpful.
8. Sponsoring Affiliates - This is the most important part focusing on the art of duplication. It contains tutorials & follow-up advice to to attract new affiliates & mentor your team. At the start I've said about remaining positive, here's the best example. Even when your sponsor is non-responsive still he/she is teaching you something. Confused???? They are teaching what not to do with your downline, now that's what I call being positive & it has helped me a lot. There's 2 part to any task - "do's & don't's". Your sponsor is teaching you the dont's & you can learn the do's yourself from the training materials mentioned above.
If that's not enough, there's even more knowledge available. There's " Knowledge base, Must-Read Expert Reports, Affiliate Tips, Ask Gery, Strategies for Referring ECA's, ECA FAQ's etc & many more.
If you face any problem in your day-to-day activities or anything else you'll always get the necessary help from SFI support team & if the problem is critical you can always submit a ticket.
Now the last & one of the most important sections, its the SFI Forum.
I’d you to visit the “SFI Forum” on regular basis.
The “SFI Forum” connects you with affiliates of all experience levels from around the world. You can join in-depth discussions of SFI products and programs, brainstorm and share tips and ideas, start new threads and polls, get your questions answered instantly 24/7, and more!
To get the most from this valuable resource, you'll want to take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the forum's basic functions and discussion board etiquette.
For details visit - https://www.sfimg.com/Training/SFIForumTips
P.S. – In your alerts tab - https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=alerts check the latest posts in Forum(Highly recommended)!
You'll get instant answer to all your questions with a lot of variety. You can also send a2a friend request to your forum friends for personal help.
Finally I'll conclude by saying that although it becomes a bit tough for a new affiliate who's sponsor is non-responsive, but if you can stand firm with self belief & positivity, you can turn the tides in your favor. I can assure you that you'll become much more capable compared to those affiliates who're taking help from their sponsors at each & every step, because you've learned it the hard way & its bound to stay with you.
Best of luck with your SFI journey!
