As I build my downline, what are the common mistakes I need to avoid?

One of the biggest mistakes I made in the beginning was Assuming!
What I mean by that is I assumed that because they signed up on an English site
that they automatically spoke and read english. I have found since that they may
speak it or read it but not always with understanding it fully. Asking in your welcome message if they would prefer instruction in english or their own language. Then explain the translator at bottom of the home page.
Never, take anything for granted, with new affiliates, that they understand the functions
or the context of the instructions for doing the basic things you and I take for routine, they may find more it difficult to work into a stable work a day routine which will make it a chore or frustrating for them. Which will cause them to lose interest quickly.

When I am fully self-employed with SFI, and someone asks what I do for a living, what do I tell them?
Affiliate since: 07/10/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Answer them truthfully, you tell them this.
I am a Business owner working with one of the best companies in the world, online. Which offers affiliate marketing, sales and service distribution. Along with an excellent Auction center with amazing deals. Also an online store front with over a 100000 products available for purchase at reasonable prices.
We also offer a sponsoring program which will aid others we know to attain, the same level of freedom and income that I do, with a stable, sustainable, company backed by the Better Business Bureau and 16 years of trusted business achievement plus continued growth. With more stores and affiliates joining everyday and free training in all aspects of making my business and myself successful.
The best part of what I do is, no commute to an office, and I decide what happens with my income and time. It is not decided at the whim of another person it is up to me.
I can be as successful as I desire, and the sky is the limit.
This is what I tell them about my SFI Business.
Then I give them the links or hand them a business card and brochure.

I always suggest to my new PSAs and CSAs to join A2A for those reasons and the friendship.
You can never be to rich or have too many friends.

What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?
Affiliate since: 07/10/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Patience they say is a virtue. I have a wonderful Sponsor.
His advise when I was here about 4 months was above all do not quit.
Let them know we all started at the bottom and some months are better
than others and set back are a part of business.
He told me his story of leaving and coming back and he said, "It was a
big mistake to have given up and then return. You lose momentum when
this happens." And that there is no better program out there with as much
to gain for so little required of you. He is doing wonderfully now and so
am I.
The one thing that you can tell them if they persevere it will turn around
and give it time. In the beginning, don't give them unreal expectations of what it
takes to become successful. It is all work in the beginning for all businesses
and then the rewards come and they will come.
