This is an very challenging question because I had the very same problem with my sponsor.
You merely converse with your affiliates via PSA,CSA or Teammail evey week and pocketing points for this.
As a sponsor do your job religiuosly because you are going to reap the rewards but when you say unconditionally meaning you sending the weekly mail like everybody else.
When you get a PSA or CSA you as a sponsor is REMINDED and I beg to differ reminded please welcome your affiliate but some

We all joined SFI with our own reasoning and motives. We do, all that is required, on that sole reason fo which we joined in the first place. Our support to PSAs and others is also based on that. Their prosperity is our prosperity and so we support them.

All the people are not having the same kind of knowledge and give same kind of importance to their actions. Some will take help but don't want to give back (in form of rating here). Some are good but don't know the importance of rating.

Unconditional support.

The question is what are yours PSA expect from you ... but this issue should never post to them.
Simple, support that you give should be the best and purest of heart according to your abilities at the time. If you give them just that - you are a peaceful, in front of you and in front of God.
After all, SFI business (or any business) nobody works for Mom, Dad ... sponsor in our case, but everyone is doing their job for the sake of himself, his family, his

I think that the thing we should always have in our minds is cross cultural differences.
Just remember how many people are in SFI and from how many countries. The whole world on one place. Each of us has different background, customs, habits...
Nevertheless, you should always try to help your PSAs as their success is yours at the same time. But, if you think you have been rated poorly, you could ask him/her for the reason and try to find solution for your problem or misunderstanding.

I faced a simillar dilema once and i think i found the solution.

There are PSA who actually do not understand what they are doing, all they want is to finish the task and earn the 10 monthly VP. But if you sit down and take time to give them a scale so that they can be able to rate you then it works like magic like ( 1 star - Poor, 2 Stars - Fair, 3 Stars - Good, .....)

Also you need to take time and consult your PSA and ask them why they rate you poorly. Encourage them to

If you get a bad rating from one of your down line PSAs or CSAs, take it seriously and correct it if you can.

Otherwise, just forget about it because this business is not about getting good ratings from your down line.

Just keep on sponsoring more PSAs and let your badges "do the talking" for you.

Be sure to praise those who are doing well and be patient with those who should be doing better.

And always say "thanks for being on my marketing

When they rate you, do they give feedback as to why they are rating you down?

Because ---
It could be highly possible that these PSAs are not very successful in applying what they should have learned from the SFI training materials while they are studying them, despite your unconditional support. And they may feel that you are to blame.

What they need to realize is that supposedly only 3% out of 97% of the 7 billion people on earth succeed in whatever they set their minds

This scenario does not sound realistic, if you ask me.

You offer unconditional support and he still rates you poorly??? No.

I guess something is missing. You have not done much for the person.
This is the time for you to search yourself and see how better you
can assist the PSA.

*Do you give prompt answers to his questions?
*Have you been sending him encouraging mails as often as you
should - At least twice a week?
*Have you ever called him

Hello,

I will tell You my truth.

If I do not make money, ratting 0 to upline
If my PSA and CSA not make money, ratting 0 to me

You need to understand why a PSA would rate you poorly.

1. Your PSA expect more
2. You may not be giving the right support needed, when it is needed.
3. Your PSA may be looking for support that does not fit into SFI program.

We are here for to make second income, so explaine them power of duplication, support

There could be quite a few things needs to be done in this regard:

1. We must rule out if this negative rating is not just due to ignorance. So lets seek clarification from the PSA.

2. I personally believe there is in built condition in this unconditional support to rate you better and you deserve that.

3. I would discourage you to pursue them for better rating.

4. Do support them in general as you do to every single PSA.
