One thing that i have learnt in SFI so far is that there are people just passing through and there are others that real want to make it here.
As a team leader your first task is to identify your downliners and put them in either of those two categories. Those in the first category (passing through) no matter what you do or say according to my experience they will never respond because some just do with the registration and never come back because they think the money will start pouring immediately they register.
The downliners in the second category are the people to deal with. Though they may not be that active they still visit in once or twice in a week this means keep on encoraging them and never get tired because one day they will pick up the hint.

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

I faced a simillar dilema once and i think i found the solution.
There are PSA who actually do not understand what they are doing, all they want is to finish the task and earn the 10 monthly VP. But if you sit down and take time to give them a scale so that they can be able to rate you then it works like magic like ( 1 star - Poor, 2 Stars - Fair, 3 Stars - Good, .....)
Also you need to take time and consult your PSA and ask them why they rate you poorly. Encourage them to be open and discuss your short comings with them.
