The most valuable things I learned in my stay in SFI is the power of duplication and the importance of perseverance.

I learned that the key to success in this SFI business is in duplication and it is the main source of building a lifetime residual income. I also learned that it exposes us to a lot of perks, bonuses and benefits which includes having enough time to spend with our families during vacations while we have others working around the clock for us and earning us a good paycheck.

I also learned that in order to make it in this kind of business, you have to develop a positive mindset. Be optimistic even in the face of difficulties and persevere during hard times and when facing challenges. Things might get rough some times but if we persevere, we will surely find success at last.

These two things are the most valuable things I learned in my short stay in SFI.

Self-belief. To elaborate, I found myself in Month 2 having qualified as Gold Team Leader and almost attaining PTL that I had to repeat the process from scratch all over again. Did I get deflated and give up? No! I found the forum and contributed as well as look at some of the posts that show on the HOME page as we log into SFI and also used ASK SC to find the practical answers that enhance the information I learned from Launchpad and Basics.

I was a director in corporates and still am although for the twenty years before I retired I taught Computing. For three years, I searched out many opportunities before I was introduced to SFI by my sponsor. I was very lucky to have him. Not because he held my hand here in SFI but rather that he introduced me. The rest was and is up to me. That second month when I asked myself what now? I found my own answers had already been found by those contributors in Forum and ASK SC who shared their own experiences and enhanced my learning. Now I pay forward and share my experiences and learning with my team. Knowing how desperate for answers that empowered me to remain after the first month I try to ensure my team have the best experience in SFI.

Believe in your abilities and skills. learn as much as you can as thoroughly as you can. Do re-read from time to time the Launchpad and Basics as sometimes even the best of us will forget something we learned that might now be the answer we need to progress further still.

My first year will be up in March of 2014, so I am getting really close. The most valuable thing that I have learned in SFI is that this is a business that takes time to build therefore you have to stay persistent and consistent. This is not a business that is meant to just join and start reaping the rewards - you have to put time and effort into actually "building" you own business. You have to develop a good strong daily routine.

To do so, you need to work on your daily "to-do" list by logging in everyday. You need to work on learning to duplicate and becoming a good team leader. That means, you need to spend time reading and learning by using all of the tools SFI provides.

I always recommend to my new affiliates to take the first 30 days and go through all of the steps that are laid out for you - including the launch pad lessons. Once you get a good feel for how SFI works, then you can really begin to see the potential that SFI has to really help you become successful!

In summary - stay consistent and persistent with your daily routine and over time you will build a great business with SFI!

Well a very interesting and at the same time a very difficult question to answer. Difficult in the sense that I am unable to point out one, that I will mark as the most valuable thing I have learnt in my eight months tenure with SFI.

I will though try to list some of them down not just to answer this question but also for my own awareness.

So here are those few of many things that I have learnt.
1. Learning:
Yes that is what SFI emphasize upon the most. Let us start from our simple daily reviews. What is the motto behind this reviewing? It's learning. Then the launch pad, the forum, the tips, the stream posts, this very ASK SC platform. The basic idea is to provide us the opportunity to learn. And all those who have availed this opportunity and have learnt are all the successful ones here.
2. Self awareness:
SFI showed me my worth. I am a mother of four kids and while raising them and looking after my household over the years I somehow started believing that all I can do is cook n clean but it was after registering with SFI I realized what I am capable of.
3. Go get it attitude:
The first thing I read after I signed in was SFI basics. All it talked about was what and how I had to do. No promises, no claims about getting rich over night. Instead we are told that we will earn if we do. And that our success is dependent on us.
Rule #7: YOU make it happen, no one else

4. Patience:
Yes yet another very valuable thing I learnt here is that businesses don't establish over night. We have to actually invest our time and energy in to it. We have to very patiently and diligently work on our business. But once it is established on a strong foundation then there is no looking back.
5. Art of communication:
Last but not the least SFI taught us how to communicate, how to spread the word about our business and how to motivate people to come and join us. And most importantly how to teach those in our team what we have learned.

And yes how can I forget this. SFI has also taught me the value of relationship. Mutual respect, trust, care and love is the adhesive that is holding this large family of SFI bounded together regardless of Race, Creed, Color, Situation, Circumstance or Environment.

A long list to be mentioned and I am still learning.

Hello Stephen and all SFI Affiliates,

Since I joined SFI 16 months ago I have learned many valuable things such as it takes a little money to make money (sometimes), "read read and then read more" is also key to building your business, how to be an awesome sponsor, how to place different types of ads online, how to build a website, and to place at least 1 ad a day to help get the word out about SFI and get your website seen by as many people as possible.

But I think the number 1 valuable thing I have learned is to sponsor sponsor and keep sponsoring, However and whenever you can always keep a lookout for new people to be on your team

Then the 2nd most valuable thing I have learned is duplication this goes hand in hand with sponsoring if you just keep sponsoring people but they do not duplicate what you are doing then you will be at square 1 all over again.

The key is finding a balance of both sponsoring and duplication. See if you just sponsor and do not teach your team how to duplicate you make very little money. The goal is to maximize your efforts by finding the right places to advertise for free or to buy advertising from a good source either way the best thing to keep doing is trial and error till you find the right places to advertise

It's really difficult to say what the most valuable thing is because I've learned a lot of things and each one of them are equally important. I'm mentioning below some of the most important things learned from SFI:

# Online Business: SFI provides an extensive, rich & valuable knowledge base to help you learn the online business. It's like working and learning every day and the more you explore more you gain. Knowledge gaining is a never ending process. I've learned a lot till now, applied and utilized it and still the carrying on with the learning method.

# Passion: This continuous learning and the willingness to learn more creates a great passion for your work and the online world.

# Self-discipline: SFI speaks about regularity in the work process and encourages it as well (by providing badges & other benefits). This helps us to create a self-discipline in our approach and follow it accordingly. This is not a quick money earning process & by following the methods we're becoming more sincere & patient in our approach.

# Duplication: I've learned the art of duplication. We can multiply our efforts by recruiting, training and monitoring others the same way that we have learned working ourselves. It makes you more serious about learning and exploring new things about SFI (to help yourself along with your team) and helps you to become an ideal team leader.

# Goals: SFI has a scientific strategy to follow, in the form of setting, monitoring and achieving the goals. It enables us to dream beyond our scope and helps us to achieve it. I'm following my dreams through the path of SFI and moving close to it each and every day.

In my six months in SFI, I have learnt that communication is the key to success in this business. That is, getting my message across, having my questions answered, allowing SFI to be my awesome teacher. Communicating with both upline and downline can be daunting at first.

However, I really do appreciate the open-door policy that exists. This means, literally, that every leader’s door is open to every affiliate. The purpose of such policy is to encourage open communication, feedback, and discussion about any matter of importance to an affiliate. Most problems can and should be solved in discussion.

Therefore there are avenues such as Forum, Stream, Support, a2a messaging, Ask Gery, etc! In the business world, this policy does not always work due to interpersonal relationships. However, it certainly works in SFI. Imagine asking Gery Carson a question and receiving an answer in record time! I have actually had that experience and so I can say with certainty that SFI is the best organization I have been involved with.

SFI community makes me feel as though I am part of a wonderful family. The encouragement makes me confident in building my own wealth!

The most valuable thing I learned in my first year with SFI is that if it is going to be it is up to me. Yes, it's very discouraging when you take the time to pen your questions and get no response from anyone. SFI was a different animal back in the earlier years but support is support.

I didn't find the support that I needed. Perhaps, as I look back, it was by own fault. I see many of the same questions over and over in the forum. I know you do too if you are remotely in touch with your SFI business. Those affiliates get better support now than they did then because you have the cumulative knowledge of many strong affiliates. Six years ago, that just was not the case.

So I was determined in my mind to make a difference. For myself, and for my fellow partners. Over time, I've collected so much material on building an internet business that I will never be able to read it all. Much of it I have read at least once. I have an exhaustible library of digital products and tools. I learned html and PPC then the rest is history!

I did all of that because I realized if it was to be it must start with me. Now 6 years later I have a growing network of over 2300 affiliates. In my first year I had zero. I have made income from SFI since I learned PPC (HINT!!). Growth is central to commissions. Without growth, there is only the imminent death of your business. The future is looking brighter & brighter with each passing day. So whatever you learn but ACTION to that learning. Faith without work is dead.

I just recently completed my first year in SFI. The most valuable thing that I have learned in the past year is: you will have residual income from every person in your downline that you help to make $40 or more per month. A standing order of 1500 versa points costs less than $40 per month. Every affiliate, making $40 or more per month, will use that money to make EA each month.
Once this is understood, it will force you to learn as much as you can. You will pass down all of the information to your downline. As you make more money, you will use the money to invest in your downlines business. The more they make, the more you make! I believe that this is not only the most valuable thing that I have learned, but it is also the key to success in this business.

I believe SFI has changed affiliates in one way or other for the better be it in terms of knowledge, commitment, discipline, financial freedom, better standard of living etc

The most valuable thing I learned in my first year at SFI is Internet Marketing knowledge and I am still learning the ropes. The quest for knowledge continues and it’s never ending.

SFI is equipped with a tremendous amount internet marketing database for their affiliates. I keep reading the articles and try to apply them in my SFI business. These resources can help a layman to kick-start his SFI business.

I really doubt if there is any other business opportunity which equips their affiliates with this vast amount of knowledge to build up their business.

Another great source of knowledge which benefitted me is at the forum. The SFI seniors are always there to answer your queries instantly.

The knowledge has given me a foundation to build up my SFI business focussing on long term gains while I prepare the ground.

Besides the forum, the ASK SC and FAQs has provided me with a great deal of knowledge to build up my SFI business. I just need to put into practice the knowledge I have gained and keep advancing.
