First you should understand your strengths and weaknesses in doing your business at SFI. Indentify all the weaknesses and strengthen yourself.

Next make a clear vision both long term and short term. Set your achievable daily, weekly and yearly goals.

When you become a team leader, you should lead by example. Your team (PSAs & CSAs) should feel that you are there to help them at any time for any clarification. A leader’s success or failure is completely dependent on his team’s success or failure. So to be successful as a leader you should teach them how to become successful with all your knowledge, skills, guiding them to use different tools, trainings available with SFI. Qualifying as a Team Leader is easy. One of the most challenging part as a Team Leader in SFI is getting team members to perform and produce tangible results. In becoming a Team Leader I am expected to do the following:

I have to lead by example. I myself have to produce results in sponsoring, actively participate at TripleClicks, recruit ECAs, participate in forums etc.

I am expected to coach, mentor, support and help my downline in building up their SFI business.

Besides the qualification requirements; a team leader is expected to:
1. Be available on a regular basis to offer support to his/her downline.
2. Learn in continuity to equip oneself with answers for any questions that may arise from the affiliates in the team under him/ her.
3. Develop his/her listening skills in order to internalize the issue of a team member as it comes up.

Trust is the most important thing for someone can be a leader.He must be believed by members who are his flock. A. Good communicator
A good team leader has the ability to communicate well to his affiliates. Good ideas have to be told or communicated to your downlines or it remain an idea

The first thing you need to do after qualifying is to learn the ways of SFI and establish a strategy in what you will do in the future.
After this, to make letters for your team so when new PSA or CSA will come to be prepared to teach them what to do so you can work together.
Third move is to stick up to your goals and start to achieve what you want to do.

Be a Real Leader. To my opinion, this is what is expected of anybody that becomes a Team Leader.

This means that above all, you must Lead by Example. Whatever you want your affiliates to do, YOU must be the first one to do, because they are following your lead!

Complete your leadership page, write and post a "Best Tip" and check regularly if updates and/or adding new content are required.
