How can you keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI?

1. Be a model.
Most of the serious affiliates look up for true leaders that will show them the way or give them inspiration on how to successfully do this business. That means you should show it to them through your actions which is clearly manifested by your badges.
2. Help them.
You must always be willing to help your downline who ask for help. When they need information or guidance you must always be there to help them. The faster you answer them the more credible you become and will probably stay because of the genuine service they get.
3. Inspire them.
There are lots of inspirational quotes you can find in the internet from famous and known people or author. You can send this through your stream.
4. Incentive.
Incentive normally work, specially for the go getter. Make a monthly promotion and reward them with t credits or gift certificate.
If after doing these things the affiliate still quit. Be thankful, because you know who are serious affiliate to work with. As what is commonly said in the forum, move on and work with the workers.

How can I convince my downline of the benefits of having a Standing Order without them feeling pressured?

To lessen or eliminate the pressure of recommending the standing order to your affiliates is by putting importance on the benefit of having it. Like for example getting an SO for 125 tcredits has several benefits: 1st you can use the t credits in bidding or purchasing products in the tripleclick. 2nd you earn MRP which can also be use to purchase product in the triple click. 3rd is that you earn action points for every bid you do in tripleclick using those t credits. 4th is you immediately get 1500 VP which qualify you as an EA for the month. You can explain to your affiliate that he get almost all that he invested in kind for the money he invested and even releasing him of the pressure of getting daily action points to qualify as an EA. In this way, he can also divert those times by concentrating on other aspect of the business.

What is the best strategy for earning quickly with SFI?

To be able to figure out the best strategy that will work for you depends largely on where you interest and skills resides. Whether it is by duplication or by selling stuffs in ECA. Also if you have interest in a certain thing it would be easy for you to develop skills on it because an important ingredient which is interest is already in you. Like for example if you are good in relationship and communicating with people I suggest that you try to develop a team because it will be easier and later on become natural for you. If helping people is one of your forte then by all means go for team building and duplication because half of the work will already be done. So I should say the quickest strategy of making money in SFI is always tied up to your interest and skills.

Besides the requirement to qualify, what is expected of me in becoming a team leader?

Let me summaries these into 5 qualifications:
A. Good communicator
A good team leader has the ability to communicate well to his affiliates. Good ideas have to be told or communicated to your downlines or it remain an idea
and will not have any power to change or inspire or command for a positive change.
B. Ability to Inspire
If you are trying to be a good team leader. You have to inspire your member to change negative experience or thought into empowering actions. Good leader have this ability
because they have time to reflect and examine themselves in order to project and create a positive outlook to inspire.
C. Confidence in self
Confidence is contagious. If your member sees in you that you are confident on what you are doing without any grain of doubt, your downline will see it and follow your example.
D. Commitment
Just like any other business, SFI business needs your commitment in order to succeed. Not for a week or for a month or for a year. It needs your commitment untill you succeed.
If you are able to engrave this commitmment into the mind of your follower, you are halfway done in your way to succeed in this business.
E. Good/Positive Attitude
Building a business is not easy, like SFI business there will be stumbling blocks, but if you will keep a positive attitude it will be a lot easier to do it and asking your downline to do the same.

Let us accept the fact that initially you will lose money. It is like any other business that in order to get something in return you have to put something into it and in terms of sfi business giving t credits to your affiliates is one of them. There is no guarantee that you will get something back that is a certainty. But some people always remember the good things you have done to them and will give it back to you in the future when they get a chance. Also there is another way how I look at it too. Helping your downline to succeed helps you to succeed too, let us admit it. Some are not commensurate to the effort you have done, but still it helps you too. What do you tell prospects who say they aren't interested in SFI because they don't know very many people?

You tell them then that this is the best business for you. A lot of successful sfi affiliates doesn't have lots of friends or people they know. Tell them that this is not like an ordinary MLM that you have to contact all your friends and relatives to be successful. In this business you do not even have to know anyone because the system will help you to get affiliates all over the world who are interested to build their future income without even showing your face to anyone and convincing them that this business works. This is good for those people who have stage fright but is good in communication by means of writing or willing to develop their writing skills. There are lots of people that I know that are not social butterfly but can write good articles with deep meaning and soul in it. Tell them the system is so successful that knowing no one is not a hindrance to reach the ladder of success.

Why do some affiliates find success with SFI in just weeks, while for others it takes months or years?

Thank you for posting this question. I believe this is very relevant in becoming successful in this business. There are 4 factors affecting your immediate success in this business:
1. Committent
This is very fundamental ingredient of sfi business. Once you say yes, there is no turning back. Do whatever it takes to succeed like an athlete reaching for his gold.
2. Perseverance
As it is define by the dictionary, steady persistence in the course of action. No matter what move on, get over those obstacles, do not be discourage.
3.Patience
Look at the patience of a farmer who till his land , remove the grass and stones, plant the seeds water it as needed. He waits until it bear fruits and ready to be harvest. Same as the farmer we have to be patient in waiting for our effort to bear fruit.
4. Money
Last but not the least, we have to invest, what we invest is commensorate to the result we are expecting. You gain more when you invest more.

How do you handle being rejected over and over again when presenting the SFI opportunity to others?

Rejection is part and parcel of this business. When you offer it to others expect rejection in that way it will lessen the pain of getting it. Rejection will actually strengthen you each time you get it. It is like a fire tested gold. You are tested in fire by getting rejection in that way you are purified and become better and smarter. But when you get rejection by the same person over and over again, stop, stop offering him the business and move on other people, it is a numbers game, the more you approach the better your chance of finding one. Then when the right time comes and you can prove that this business works,
you can approach that person who rejected you. Maybe he will be more receptive now that he can see result. Though some people blindly accept an offer , others need proof of result that it does work.

How do I get my downline to focus on duplication? How do I explain the importance of duplication to them?

For me duplication is the energy core that propel this business. In the same way it should also be the core to propel the affiliates business. Inspiring your own down line to see the value of this business dimension, starts from you and me and those others who are aspiring to be a leader. How do we do this? First, we have to be a role model, if you tell your affiliates that you should work on sponsoring to grow your down line, they must see it in you too, like having S builders to grow your affiliates or seeing you winning or bidding for CSA or PSA in the auctions. It is walking the talk. Action speaks louder than words as the saying goes. Secondly, you must be supportive as much as you can to your down line, if they email you for help, answer it as fast as you could. In that way, they will also be supportive of your goal. Then that would be a win win situation. You can also add that duplication is smarter way of working because many hands and brains works together to attain a single goal. I do not have to go on detail on the mechanics of duplication itself because it is well explained in the FAQ.
