When we know that people will stay focused on the work, each of us had to quick success.
We have lot of different people today.
Most want the money now, and not understand that if they don't learn ,they will not make money.It's simply.

The approximate only real answer is that the answer is in you.

You need to be a leader and support them, and most importantly interest them for business.

If you would like to find affiliates, who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active - You have to show clearly all benefits, your future Affiliate will have in SFI after that you will find out decision of your Affiliate. After Decision you need to encourage your Affiliate every day to be active but you have not to be so, as if you assist someone to do something. You need to inform your affiliate about good news, about opprtunities and keep in touch.

To find out if they are truly interested in an Home Business,

Very interesting question, which I believe that all think. You never know who will be an active. Until you start to advertise and until you turn on the new members, you will not have active people.
But when they register you need to motivate them and provide them with help and support, in every way. Even if they aren't much interested, they can become if you informed them well and make tham in work.

How you can find affiliates who truly interested and will remain active?

I think this a big question and everybody body wishing to find. As no one of us can determine the willingness and desire of one affiliate.Unfortunately even you buy PSA in any site they are no different and some times you will encounter very active in first 2 months but then when he saw his/her first commission immediately they quit. Working with people is always a risk,you can never know.You must be sure that you did best from your side.I can say from my example,some people take very serious my messages and my will to help.Some of them work one month,and then quit.But I know that is not my mistake,because,I have others,they work and they have results,so,my advices for them is helpful.Stay focused on people who work,don't asc your self why some of them can't see why SFI rocks.They are not leaders in theirs life.

You cant find truly interested affiliates until they sign up. This is because, you now can have the access to know through SFI when they start earning VP. Through Genealogy and my movers you will see who is genuine in building a business with SFI. Also, by motivating your assigned PSA, CSA and second CSA then you will discover whether someone is truly interested.
