I'll start answering with question...
How would I feel if my sponsor transfers me TCredits?
OK I'll be happy veery happy... Of course no sponsor would give me TCredits for doing nothing, which means I'm doing something and I'm doing it good... and not only this but it means someone see my good work and it is being appreciated... Great ...it motivates me to do even better job in the future.
Well who does not want a happy and motivated affiliate in his down line?
Here's another good benefit for you -
you can earn commission in the TC Executive Pool from your aff VPs only if the aff is EA2. Transferring some TCredits to someone and explaining him/her how to use them to earn VPs to achieve EA2 status brings more money for you too...
But my advice is - if you think to transfer TCredits only if you'll have benefits than better keep those credits for your self... you'll not make a team this way tho'

As the name said the MRP are reward for doing a good job. And as every reward its something good and useful. Explain your PSAs that having more MRPs means they're doing great and than explain what they can do with this points... they can buy products in TripleClicks using MRP instead of money... What can be better for a new affiliate who has $0 in the account and need to purchase something. It means gaining MRP is as important as earning money. So try to earn as much MRP as possible

Also-
May be in places where people go to look for a job is a good idea. Try to place some flyers close to the agencies which offer jobs.
Also-
close to the syndicates office where there are people lost or are not satisfied by their jobs.
Than use your imagination and you'll find a lot of possibilities

I think there are few ways to get affiliates without answering questions and all of them are best:
- get S-builder unit
- re qualify as a EA every month and get 2 affiliates
- bid on pricebenders auctions and win PSAs or CSAs
- buy PSAs or CSAs from TripleClicks.com
- create a good advertising campaign which explains everything and make people sign up without asking
