What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

SFI system is set up in a way that there are daily, weekly and monthly tasks for every Affiliate to complete. Giving up on them is not good for the business and Genealogy makes it easy for an Affiliate to send words of encouragement. Testimonies shared on SFI reveal to us that some active members today even became full time in building their business after 6 months or more been in active. My simple advice is keep on working your business daily, weekly and monthly. Support them and who knows one day they may be very active. Keep on building, supporting them is part of the business.

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

Hi,
A very good question when we start to recruit PSAs, and CSAs are assigned to us.
In my experience, I tend to rely on my Movers tab and Genealogy.
The Movers tab shows us our active affiliates. On the other hand, the Genealogy help us keep track of our team. Here we can know if PSAs and CSAs are active. This is when VPs matter, whereby if they keep earning VPs consistently then they are serious.
Also, one other factor is if they ask questions relating to their struggles.
This simple shows, they want to learn and build a successful business.
Above all, I can say if they achieve EA every month then they are dead serious in this business.
Hope this helps.

How can I find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active?

You cant find truly interested affiliates until they sign up. This is because, you now can have the access to know through SFI when they start earning VP. Through Genealogy and my movers you will see who is genuine in building a business with SFI. Also, by motivating your assigned PSA, CSA and second CSA then you will discover whether someone is truly interested.
