Hi,
I think your first Welcome letter should be somewhat personal, a good way to introduce yourself to your new Team member. Always ask them to email you, offer them your personal email address. If they respond to you then I try to ask a few questions about them, like where do live, do you have a family etc.? I think this way it is more personal and slowly you can gain their trust. I send all my team emails offering to help them, but I also ask them if they have any ideas on anything they would

Developing trust is like building a house, we must start with a strong foundation. First and foremost, start with you:
1. Discipline yourself - meaning denying yourself from what you want to do and focus on what you need to do. Affiliates look up to their TL and mirror their actions and achievement as their guidelines.

2. Be a warm touch - make your affiliates the centre of your attention. Ask questions, give praise when someone your team won something. E.g Daily Grand, E365.

3.

Trust is never a one day affair. It is developed from time to time and may take some time in order for it to be fully developed. What we should do is to establish a culture where our team learn from us. We need to encourage them to do what we do. Before you encourage them and write to them about standing order, you need to make sure you have one.
Secondly you need to write to them real and un exaggerated email. Be very real in your emails. Do not promise what will not happen to your affiliates

The way I would accomplish this is by following what SFI as been saying from the very beginning of it's business: communicate effectively to produce results. You can't expect to earn by being notified that you have received CSAs or PSAs. You must show them that you can help them sell and promote. If they choose to buy then great.

If you answer their every questions effectively then they are more likely to stay working on their part to build a better yours and their business and business

Sorry to answer a question with a question, however this question begs another question: ARE YOU A GOOD LEADER AND WHAT MAKES YOU SAY SO?

In my opinion:
A great Leader is someone who sets an example that people want to follow, actually, people are COMPELLED to follow.

A Leader who:
* is not afraid to LEAD and take control (Will try new things and give honest results to the Team)
* is HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY (Their advice is trustworthy)
* HAS a Team to lead

You have to lead by example. If you tell them to log in everyday but you yourself do'nt do that, that is not giving a good example. If you ask them to be hard-working and diligent, they expect the same of you. Otherwise, they might just lose interest and give up.

Another thing is to communicate and keep communicating with your affiliates via mail, group messages, stream post, etc. If you keep giving them advice, tips and motivations and inspirations, chances are they will follow your advice.

Good Question..

I think it takes time to develop trust with affiliates , you should give them full support,Reply their emails or team mails on time. you should always reward them for their achievements , communicate with them on social media websites. never make false promises to them.encourage them by posting good motivating quotes on Stream post.

Help them each month to get their goals.Start a co op advertising and make your affiliates art of your co op. Just make them feel

Its a nice question.
Once you are a leader it goes without saying that you have won some amount of confidence and trust by your followers. Now its for the leader to maintain and increase the level of trust by his behavior
A true leader can develop the trust by
1.Following closely the affiliates
2.Teach them and guide them to increase the affiliates interests in the sfi business
3.work with them and work for them.
4.The should set up an example and he should follow what

Always make sure that you are completely honest with your affiliates. Trust is based on honesty so always remember that. Put together a list of things that will help them reach their goals. For example...
1. List of products they can choose from to set up a Standing Order in TripleClicks.
2. List of of both free and paid advertising sites online and also in person.
3. Explain to them about the CSA and PSA auctions on TripleClicks.
Sometimes when some people see that there is

"Respect your fellow human being, treat them fairly, disagree with them honestly, enjoy their friendship, explore your thoughts about one another candidly, work together for a common goal and help one another achieve it. ~Bill Bradley"

For me the reason for any relationship's survival is the trust. Whether the relation is personal, friendship or professional.

It is this trust that actual will lead a group of individuals from all over the world to make a team and
