What are the things that most make you proud to be an SFI affiliate?

This is a great question! I feel proud that I can help someone else realize their dreams and their potential, because in the world we live in now, it's hard to realize that your dreams can come true. I love helping other people from all over the world and learning from them also. I have been with SFI a while but didn't realize my own potential until I started really working this business. I also had a sponsor who hadn't been active either, but as I got started and reached STL in my second month of being active again, he got excited and started working hard also. This makes me proud that I could get him so motivated again and he is really doing great and is an awesome sponsor now. So to conclude, I feel proud to be able to help others. And also I feel proud to be part of the immense growth that is going on in SFI! Thanks to Gery Carson and all the affiliates in SFI to help others realize their dreams! Dream Big!

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

The thing you have to remember are the inactive affiliates usually don't log in after the first day, because most are looking for a the "get quick rich scheme". There is nothing you can do but keep working with your PSA's who log in to SFI and want to build a business. Work with your workers, but always when sending out team mails go to the quick filter and send different team mails to your PSA's that have log into SFI within the last 30 days because you will not want to send them a team mail about the basic steps. They already have gotten it. The team mail you need to send to inactive affiliates would be how to get started and how much your team is growing. This might peak some of the inactive affiliates interest, also on that note, they never get a team mail so they never see it. If they have registered their email, I would send them a personal message. If they still don't respond, I just keep sending a special team mail to inactive affiliates because you never know when they may just log in and see how much your team is growing and want to be part of it. Just like SFI says "Some will, Some won't, Next!" Just keep your active team motivated and worry about the ones that are working the business.
Thanks and remember we all have inactive downline, but you never know when someone make log back in and be a superstar.

How do you develop trust with your affiliates and get them to follow your leadership?

Hi,
I think your first Welcome letter should be somewhat personal, a good way to introduce yourself to your new Team member. Always ask them to email you, offer them your personal email address. If they respond to you then I try to ask a few questions about them, like where do live, do you have a family etc.? I think this way it is more personal and slowly you can gain their trust. I send all my team emails offering to help them, but I also ask them if they have any ideas on anything they would like to share with the team. It shows them that they can be a leader also. This helps gives them confidence too! I also have contests and I always tell them about them and I send out a Team Newsletter announcing who won the contest. I also try to mention my movers or team members in my newsletter, whether it be they have been working hard, getting points or sponsoring affiliates, just something they have been doing. I believe it just takes time to gain peoples trust and this is just part of team-building. But when you start out on a personal level this helps them feel more at ease and they start trusting you enough to follow your leadership.
Good Luck, Hope this helps you!

What do successful Leaders in SFI know and do?

I think to be a successful team leader, you should always log into SFI and do your to-do-list everyday, show your team this is the start of being a leader. Also, I think that good communication is essential. The process of duplication includes letting the team know everything that you are doing, to build your business, in order for them to be able to duplicate you. Also, make sure that your team knows how important they are by letting them know that this is just not my team but it is OUR team. I have had good results building a team this way. Also, I always, try to be helpful and if someone in the team is having problems financially etc. then I try to work on a solution with them to help them maintain their EA status if it is only by transferring a few TCredits to them. A vital important part of team building is motivation and if you can help a team member by doing this it will help the team stay motivated.
Just keep in mind that everyone that are trying and logging in everyday are the one's that you want to keep on the team.

A complete stranger sees your WAVE3 banner on your car. They ask what TripleClicks is. What do you say?

Hi,
This is how I explain the Tripleclicks decal on my car. I say “Oh it’s one of the top online membership stores online, TripleClicks is E-bay, Amazon, Overstock , and QuidBids all rolled into one huge online store. There are thousands of members that are part of this fantastic online store. Some of these members are E-Commerce associates and there are over 110,000 products from 160 countries, you will find some unique products.” I also try to keep some gift cards with me, I will hand them one and tell them that they can sign up for free and use the gift card on me!
This encourages them if they are curious, to go and look around our great store.
GOOD LUCK!

Are there any shortcuts to success in SFI for new affiliates?

There are not any shortcuts to overnight success! You must always have persistence and determination whether in business or anything in your life you are trying to achieve. There is no such thing as a "get rich quick" business or "overnight success stories". Many of these stories took years in the making. If you want to be successful it takes time and the patience to succeed. Always remember to concentrate on positives and the big picture. You have to be prepared to be flexible in business, especially on the internet, where things change constantly. The best thing to do for success in SFI is learn all you can, work hard, apply yourself to your goals, and refuse to fail.
This is the best advice I can give to you!
To your success!

When faced with negativity in promoting SFI, how do you respond and what path do you take moving forward?

Hi
The way I deal with Negativity is to ask them questions. First I ask them to give me a reason why they are so negative about something they probably don’t even know anything about? Then I ask them if they would be interested in me explaining the SFI Business, if they so no or they are still negative. Just move on to someone else, some people are just critics and most critics give poor advice anyway and probably are insecure about themselves, they will never be open to change. You can not change these people’s minds and you probably would not want to anyway. Realize that it is impossible to please everyone and concentrate more on what you want and the positive aspects of working with SFI. Also if you bring enthusiasm, a positive attitude and joy to all that you do others will react in a similar manner. If you are happy that’s what matters and other will see that and will be interested.
Good Luck and remember to always be Positive,

What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?

The single most important thing a new affiliate should not do in their first month is to skip through all the free lessons that ate available to them. These internet income lessons will help you learn what to do to build you a successful business, but you must read everything and not just read but understand it! Also if they don't understand, get in touch with your sponsor and/or co-sponsor to help you. Don't be afraid to ask your upline for help (that's what I love when someone asks me for help and if I don't know I will find out). Also, do not think this is a great rich quick scheme, SFI is easy if you read, learn and understand, but it takes time! Go to the forum everyday and learn some great ideas from some of our best leaders in this business.
