How do you respond when someone asks you about SFI?

Always be honest with everyone that ask you about SFI. For me the best information you can give someone is your true experience with SFI. It's a lot better when you tell someone that YOU actually experienced it for yourself then it becomes more believable to everyone.
My sponsor was totally honest with me on her experience with SFI and that is the reason why I decided to sign up. She told me all the ups and downs about it so I really appreciated how honest she was.
It's one thing to read about other people's stories but it's another thing to actually know the person who is actually telling the story. Remember seeing is believing. Hope this helps.

How do you develop trust with your affiliates and get them to follow your leadership?

Always make sure that you are completely honest with your affiliates. Trust is based on honesty so always remember that. Put together a list of things that will help them reach their goals. For example...
1. List of products they can choose from to set up a Standing Order in TripleClicks.
2. List of of both free and paid advertising sites online and also in person.
3. Explain to them about the CSA and PSA auctions on TripleClicks.
Sometimes when some people see that there is too much work to do but not enough money coming in then they will get discouraged. Help them by doing the research for them. Lead them by example and show them that you will be with them every step of the way. If they see you working hard to help them then they will work hard to help their downline and also be helping you. Send them an email letting them know your hours just in case they want to chat with you if they have any questions. Never make them feel like they are alone. Motivation is what keeps people going. Never give up!

When someone asks you why they should join SFI, what do you say?

I start off by telling them about my experience with SFI as well as my Sponsor's experience with SFI. I tell them nothing but the truth. When they ask why they should join SFI I just tell them that it is completely up to them. I start off by saying, "SFI does not strong arm anyone into joining and SFI does not make any promises that they cannot keep. You can easily join for free and try it out to see if it is for you or not but please keep in mind that you will not become rich overnight. Just like any other business out there, you have to put some work into it or else you are not going to get any where. SFI helps you get started your first month by providing excellent training and support not only from your Upline but from the whole company as well. You will never be alone because someone is always there to help you. You really have nothing to lose because it is FREE to join SFI. If you do not like it after your first month then you can easily opt-out."
That's usually what I tell people. There is only so much you can do and say but it really is up to the people.

When faced with negativity in promoting SFI, how do you respond and what path do you take moving forward?

No matter what business you are in there is always negativity. Never let anything or anyone get in your way of become a successful person. Honestly the only person who can prevent you from becoming successful is yourself.
Don’t be disappointed by those who won’t help you…remember the words of Einstein:
“I am thankful for those who said no, because of them I did it myself.”
There will always be that one person who will step forward out of all the negativity from others to give it a try. If you can get at least 1 person out of 100 to listen to you promote your business then that is good. Sometimes all it takes is 1 person to change people's minds.
Do not give up! Just move on to the next person until they listen to you. Remember YOU are that 1 person that gave your Sponsor the time.
I do a lot of free postings online and I also go to colleges in my area and my surrounding towns to post up flyers. Another great thing to do is to also check with your local stores to see if they will allow you to post up flyers there too. SFI made some flyers that are sure to get people's attention.
Just do not give up and keep on posting up ads online for free and keep posting up flyers in your area. Someone will answer to your ads. Just be patient. It will all soon pay off.
