When I am faced with negativity about SFI I don't look at it as rejection. I see it as an opportunity to improve my marketing approach. Always listen to your critics but never believe what they say is fact. They are looking through the telescope from the wrong end! So their perception is incorrect.

It is a classic ploy when we join a new multi-level or network business, your sponsor tells you to speak to your "warm" market. This means friends and family. People who love you and know your strengths and WEAKNESSES most. These people will have the least respect for your judgement.

Hello Everyone,

I think one of the most important things to remember when working a Business and dealing with many different types of people is to be able to "Accept the word NO and NOT INTERESTED."

As soon as you come to terms and accept the fact that some people are just Not Interested or will tell you No, it makes the Negativity a lot easier to handle.

Before approaching a potential business partner I made a commitment to be more tolerant and flexible, and recognize that everyone has a different point of view. Whenever I can, I think about how lucky I’m to be educated and have a business. If you do so you'll notice an improvement in your attitude overnight, without any changes in your business.

That is a very good question and I hope we all pick something from the different opinions being shared.

Negativity in life or any business like SFI, is something that is most often ignored or looked at as an enemy of progress. I say, however, that it is actually there mostly for the purpose of shaping and making you and your business better.

Without anything negative being said about you or your business as you promote it, certain heights can't be reached. Why do I say so?

Let me tell you the reality of online marketing or promoting online business like SFI. We will all face a lot of dose of negativity, because almost 90% of the so called online earning opportunities are scam.

So at the beginning of your campaign expect that 50 to 80 percent of the people you approach will be negative. So accept it because its normal. It is like finding an Ace in a deck of cards, there will be many that are not Ace.

Happily, SFI has given us other paths to move

Hi Cyndi,

Having been in advertising for more than 10 years, I've learned that people who give you a negative response, usually don't understand what you are doing or trying to show them.
It's hard to be rejected and many of your friends and family will probably not understand.

My advise is to talk to them, if they aren't interested, just walk away with a smile.

Negativity will come. It always does. It's how you handle it that makes the difference.
It's more of a numbers game than anything else. I was taught a long time ago that for every 100 no's you may get one or two yes's.

So I try to get the no's over with and don't let them bother me.
Just ask questions like, "What if you could make more part time than
you're making now full time?"

People are naturally skeptical. But they go from one extreme to the other

One of the biggest obstacles is people's perception of Internet marketing and Internet businesses in general. The Internet is still fairly new and a lot of people still don't accept it as a legitimate medium for business. I find that many people view anything on the Internet as a scam and Internet marketers are spammers. Mostly false, but the attitude exists just the same.

First off, I feel you should never force SFI on anyone. You do not want to talk anyone into this type of business. These are not the kind of people you want on your team. You want self motivated, optimistic people who already have a desire to own their own business.

When I'm faced with someone who is negative about SFI or any other internet based business, I simply thank them for their time and move on. It's not worth my time to try and convince them this opportunity is for them. Odds
