Hello Everyone,

Here are my suggestions for the first three month working with SFI and TripleClicks

Month # 1 -- The Learning Month

1. Set-up your Greeting Letter www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/NewAffiliateGreeting with a warm Welcome and also your getting started Actions.

By doing it this way, the following things happen:

This is an important question.

My plan for my new Affiliates is simple :

1st month:

-I teach them to master the SFI basic, do all their dayly, weekly and monthly actions to be an EA*
-I motivate them to have at least 4 PSAs in their 1st month and duplicate

2nd Month:

Great Question, and quite hard too. Best plan is always stay Honest! Give them Facts, for eg, there are 7 ways to make income from SFI. Advise the best start is to learn and befriend many a2a,s in the same country they reside in or near to them or anyone who has been in SFI for long term. Join in and read Forums, and News items regularly. Most of all advise them of the executive pool and a little on how it works. Hi,

For sure there are hundreds of answers to this question because each of us have different ways to welcome, guide and help our new affiliates through the first 2 months.

In my case I always send a welcome letter from my personal email telling them about the 200VP start-up bonus and how to achieve them.
I also have a small book with tips for new affiliates that I attach to the email.

Then, I encourage them to take it slowly and check all sections of the website

First and foremost, always remind them to the 3 Basic steps in SFI. There probably many information on the homepage, but make sure they are not too overwhelmed with those information. Always direct them to the Basics.

Remind them also about the E365 Challenge they are involved in from the first time they join SFI. Give useful information about the program and encourage them to stay in contention. Give some tips on how to stay above the green line. If you, as the sponsor or co-sponsor has

For the first month, encourage your PSAs to read all the items in their To-Do-List, Launchpad forums, and visit each red tab on their home each day to earn the fastest VP possible and learn about the business.

On the second month, give pointers on the importance of a standing order and S-Builder Co-op to maintain EA status. Also to check your Leadership board if you are promoting contests or awards. Offer items in TripleClicks that you enjoy to promote sales.

This is an excellent question but I must say there is no 1 way to 'skin-a-cat'! That said, this is what I recommend for my team so there is no need to reinvent the wheel when progressing in SFI. What is good for goose is also good for the gander in this case. Stick with the basics and following the launch pad training from day 1 through 30. During the first 30 days, it is important not to try to learn too much too fast. The end result usually is burn out then opt out! A classic Challenger disaster!

The first steps are very important for a new PSA,
this is the reason why we absolutely must get in touch with him
to guide him in his way.
Apart from your welcome email, highlight your personality, talk about yourself and where you come from, and how long you are in this business, what language you practice .. means Comminications you use.. etc.
give as much information about you .. this will put your trust in new PSA and you'll see that your new PSA will unfold as yourself.

1)Fast Track Badge:
Ask your new PSA's to earn Fast Track badge on the very first day.

2)Standing order:
Ask them to go for a Standing order from first month onwards, so that they can maintain their EA status automatically every month.

3)T-Credits Purchase:
Suggest your new PSA's to buy 1 or 2 T-Credit Packs (100nos) so that they can earn more action points to become a Bronze Team Leader.
These T-credits will also give them additional Versa Points every
