What is the best plan to give your new PSAs to help them get started...from day one through their third month in SFI?

Hi,
For sure there are hundreds of answers to this question because each of us have different ways to welcome, guide and help our new affiliates through the first 2 months.
In my case I always send a welcome letter from my personal email telling them about the 200VP start-up bonus and how to achieve them.
I also have a small book with tips for new affiliates that I attach to the email.
Then, I encourage them to take it slowly and check all sections of the website especially the Getting Started and LaunchPad.
Next step is to encourage them to be careful at the "green line" of the E365 competition and why this is important. This is great, because the competition is easy and keep everyone active.
Another important important thing is the W3 membership that I also encourage them to take.
I also send them my details, email, skype and they can contact me anytime they have a problem or need some advice.
Good luck!

In my case, the order would be the following:
- S-Builder co-op because it helps me grow my team every month
- PSA and CSA mailer because it's the best way to stay in contact with my entire team and send guidance to everyone in the same time
- Co-op manager because I am running co-ops especially for my PSAs that becomes EA2
- Genealogy because it's very easy to check how any of my affiliates is doing and send guidance if needed.
Key Codes is very useful for tracking the advertising I am doing.
Hope that helps!

Hi,
For a new business card for SFI I would include the following information:
- 15 years in business and still successful
- millions of members all over the world
- growing with about 4000 new affiliates daily
- easy to work it
- your email address
- your name and maybe a picture
And because everyone is using smartphones lately a QR code to lead directly to your affiliate link should work great.
How do you motivate your team to get and stay active with SFI?

I usually am working with the workers... meaning the affiliates that shows at least a little interest in SFI.
I am checking their progress in E365 competition and email them if they are under the green line. This always motivates them more and make them read and better understand as much as possible about SFI.
Also, I am offering Wave3 for free as a bonus for achieving the EA status and usually when I earn actions with Tcredits and I sending some to my most active affiliates.
Hope that helps

IAHBE is providing a lot of great materials regarding online promotions.
Also there are a lot of free programs where you can promote (Traffic Exchanges, Mailing Lists).
If you can afford it you can purchase some paid advertising to programs like PaidToClicks.
Never forget about your friends on FaceBook and/or Twitter you would be surprised as how many are interested in online opportunities like SFI.
You should make a habit everyday you check your SFI Affiliate Center to also put an ad about it somewhere.
