Very good question and the answer is...as many as you possibly can! You are building a business. If you limit your time...you will surely limit your success. You might work 2 hours 1 day, but the next day you might have to put in 4 hours...or 8, etc.

With so many things to do in order to have a successful business, your concerns should be on building the foundation of your team and securing your position. There is advertising to do. There is learning to do. There is building to do. There are affiliates to tend to. The list goes on and on. I personally wake up to my business, work at it any opportunity I get throughout the day (I work 2 other jobs) and I finish my night by working until the early morning hours on my SFI business. I really have no idea how many hours I devote. To me...it's a non-factor. Just do as much as possible.

I hope I helped you a bit, and didn't scare you. But the truth is...you need to work, work, and work some more. Do that and you will reap the rewards.

Good question. But it's also a loaded question.

My short answer?... How much time do you have?

But I know you want me to explain, so here goes.

When you are first starting to build your SFI business, there is a lot of work to be done. I compare it to filling up a hot air balloon; you have to put a lot of hot air into the bag before you have a balloon that will fly. Same thing for your SFI business. You have to do a lot to get it off the ground. Once off the ground it's not that hard to keep it going but there are some very different things you have to be aware of at that point.

So in the beginning you need to spend as much time as is humanly possible building your business (blowing hot air into the balloon). How much time that actually is depends on your personal situation. For some people there may only be five hours available each week, for others there may be 80 hours.

Whatever time you have though, don't neglect your family, or your day job, or your health.

One of the great things about this SFI business is that it will still be there when you can get to work on it. It will work for you whether you put in 5 hours a week or 80 hours a week or something in between... as long as you are working it, SFI will be there for you. The difference between success and failure in this business is not the amount of time you spend working it, its THAT you spend time actually working this business!

How many hours you spend each week promoting your SFI business is going to depend on you. Many people have day or night jobs and that takes a toll on your free time. Then you must rest and spend some time for yourself. So I'd say for this people if you have 1 hour every day to spend on your business, discipline yourself to spend 1 hour on your business. If you have 30 minutes then spend 30. With the right plan of action, discipline, and persistence you can start to gain traction in this business within 90 days. So it's not a matter of quantity but quality.

For those individuals that are fortunate to have 3 to 4 hours per day to devote to their SFI business this is optimal. You can accomplish a lot sooner because you are putting in the quality time in quantity. So you can have your sales/recruiting funnels up and running, your promotional efforts up and running, coach and mentor, followup with emails, and the myriad of things I do everyday. It's a definite advantage to have more time and spend it wisely. However, if not, then take the time you have and invest it consistently and you will slowly but surely began to get the desire results.

It is a very good question!!!
As simple as that how fast you want to success in SFI.
It is not necessary that you have to spend your entire time you have to spend on SFI.
When ever we have free time we can spend time this business. Instead of wasting our time we can utilize the same in SFI for our own growth.

If we have more time we can spend time in price benders auctions to get items with rock bottom prices, there are so many people who pick the desired items with very best prices.

To continue in SFI business we have to achieve 1500VP every month. To earn we need Tcredits, MRP to buy VP. If we are able to spend more time in SFI we can win auctions, t credits which we can use to buy VP. It is very simple how much time you spend in SFI tht much faster you can grow.

The more you understand SFI, you can able to explain to your friends, colleagues, relatives about good things about SFI and make them member under your genealogy.
The more members under you is a bonus for you to achieve your target monthly VP.

So there are benefits if you spend more time with SFI. Use your time for goods things rather wasting it. Time is precious. make use of it in such a way that every minute is useful for your growth.

You can spend 30 minutes per day and you can spend 8 hours per day, it depends on the interest we have on the work which we are doing. If you have interest in SFI you will spend more time in SFI and you can find a route to your own success!!!!

I would like to answer this question by first saying the amount of time you devote to this business will be determined by factors such as: 1. Your level of understanding in this type of business. 2. The language barrier. 3. The level of your passion or hunger.

1. UNDERSTANDING
Every industry has the way of conducting business. Some businesses you just have to work on your own by using your brains and hands. Network or Affiliate marketing expects you to engage and communicate with other people, and if you are an introvert, you will definitely be in a very wrong field. In marketing you have to love working with all types of people. Some people will be very difficult to work with, and if you don't have patience, then you will find yourself in an awkward position.

2. LANGUAGE
Every business uses it's own peculiar terminology. Depending on your educational background and level of experience, it may take you longer to be comfortable with the language used. Pilots,engineers,accountants,musicians and so on, use terminology pertaining to their field.

3. PASSION OR HUNGER
Passion and hunger may determine your level of commitment in achieving your financial goals. You see, if you are hard pressed by debts and you are living from hand to mouth, you will have no option but to be motivated to earn as much as you possibly can. If you are financially comfortable, you may just relax and take your time in reaching your goals.

The number of hours you devote in being successful solely depends on the above elements and much more. I personally find myself spending about 3 hours per day and at times 4 hours.

Most of the time i spend on reading and learning the business,attending forums, auctions, advertising, sending invitation emails etc.

This really depends upon you. How many hours a week/day do you have available? Do you want to have a full time venture or just a part time?

I have heard some say that to be successful, you need to spend 3 hours a day on the business. I agree, that could be a great amount of time. I personally don't have 3 hours a day available. I spend more hours on the weekends working on the business, but I only have about an hour per day during the week.

I suppose it also depends upon your definition of successful. You can decide an amount (1 hour per day) to devote to SFI, and in a month, evaluate and decide if you are being successful. If not, raise the time you are spending.

In all cases, the hours spent devoting to SFI need be meaningful hours. Reading the tutorials, promoting your business, doing your daily To-Do list, etc. If the hours spent are not meaningful, it won't matter how many hours you spend, there will be no success!

I would suggest one looks carefully at why I have joined SFI.

Primarily, we have all joined for the good and benefit of ourselves and those around us. Thus, we always want the best for us and our families and hence we are willing to put in the effort to be able to offer a better life!

Bearing this in mind and knowing that input determines our output, then we should focus on working towards our goals, no matter how many hours it takes. I feel that hours should not be the measurement, but rather how effective we spend our time and effort.

Each individual will approach this differently. Should one want to determine the time to spend then I would suggest you time yourself on how long it would take you to do your daily actions, support of your affiliates and your reading and learning of the SFI environment. Next you determine how much time you have to spend on sponsoring initiatives.

By this time you will have a clear indication of how much time, you as an individual should invest on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

I truly believe that the hours an affiliate devotes per week depends greatly on how much he or she really wants to succeed. Because slow and easy is the best way to begin any business, taking your time to learn the ropes, means spending more time each week.

This is not a difficult business to understand. What makes it difficult for most who join SFI, is his or her's unwillingness to stick to the concept of "slow and easy" and, thus, making it more difficult than it has to be.

The hours you spend each week will depend on how devoted you are in creating a business for yourself that will last for as long as you desire it to.

So, then, take it slow and easy! In doing so, the hours won't even matter.

Working SFI is "Your Business", the same as if you were to have a Gas Station Business around the corner from where you live.

Good question! I need to begin to answer with a question...

How many hours can you comfortably spare?

I have seen answers of 1-2 hours and 3-4 hours. This is ok once you are established and you are comfortable with the way things are progressing but if you're just starting out, you may want to put in as many hours as you can (comfortably).

In the beginning, you're building the foundation of your business. Just like any building, you may not start see the benefits of your work until your foundation is complete. The more time you put into your business now, the stronger your foundation will be then you can take the advice given in the other answers and settle down to a comfortable daily 1,2,3 or even 8 hours per day. I am not employed so some days I put in 12+ hours a day surfing traffic exchanges, placing ads in classifieds, building relationships on social media and even talking to people offline. If you are employed you cannot devote as much time and if you have other commitments...the same. This is why I say to devote as much time as you COMFORTABLY can.

There is so much to learn. Granted...SFI has provided us with all the training we need to begin but this will take time to digest and many hours of trial and error before you get your advertising right etc. The training alone took up 2-4 hours a day of my time in my first month. I wanted to be successful and if you want to be successful, you have to put in the time and effort. So I guess you can even measure the level of success you want by the amount of time and effort you put into this business.

So, to summarize...You should devote as many hours a day/week as you can, comfortably. The more time and effort you put into your business now will pay off great dividends later.
