What is a superstar?

A superstar is a celebrity in their field. Not just any celebrity but one of huge popular appeal. A superstar is at the top of their game and every person in that field is aware of them, reveres them and looks up to them.

If you want all these things in SFI you're going to have to work for it. You should learn your industry inside out and back to front by reading the basics, the Launchpad then studying the Internet Income lessons. It shouldn't stop there...you will need to keep up to date on the latest marketing strategies, trends and product sales figures. You will need to be at the top of your game in the advertising world. After all, we're talking about being a SUPER star here and that means being one of the most popular people in the company.

There are some superstars already in SFI and they have training videos, blogs and are recruiting new members daily. They have websites which promote the sales of their own store and that of other ECAs products. If you look to the 'Growth' tab and see who is continuously performing in the top ten; check out the VersaPoint scoreboard and do the same, you will find a few superstars here. Most are merely successful but one or two are superstars. These are the celebrities you should be networking with and asking them what they do to stay on top.

Every superstar has great responsibility. Affiliates will be looking up to you and looking for pointers on how they can be successful. It would be your responsibility to be the perfect role model...someone everyone aspires to be like. Management will be watching you carefully to ensure you're being a good ambassador for SFI.

To summarize:

1) Learn your industry inside out.

2) Be at the top of your game and others will follow.

3) Be mindful that the superstar's role comes with great responsibility.

4) Be the perfect role model.

I believe one becomes a superstar by doing all the RIGHT things that move your business forward and upwards.

These RIGHT things can be all that we are advised by SFI to do, for example;

1. Log in daily and do your daily tasks

2. Being involved in various activities like discussions at the forum, submitting stream posts, participating in the Ask SC tab etc

3. Following the DOs and DONTs of How To Be An Awesome Sponsor

You also become a superstar by investing in your business. Investment in SFI is twofold; Time and Monetary.

You invest in time to log in,communicating with various SFI members-upline, downline, a2a friends, learn with understanding and apply the acquired knowledge effectively.

You also need to invest in money to do activities that will move you in ranks like placing a Standing Order, help you to market the business and do online business like being an IAHBE member.

You also need to be able to identify your target market be, it in recruiting affiliates or selling and come up with strategies to catch their attention and let them participate.

Above all, ensure you are able to motivate your PSAs and CSAs as well as PRMs because these are the people who make the business tick.

Superstardom is the recognition accorded to one for exceptional talent and achievement. In SFI everyone is a potential SUPERSTAR because SFI gives us the tools and resources to begin our search. What then does it take to be counted among the SFI SUPERSTAR?

ACTION is the secret weapon of superstars. An aspiring Superstar knows what they want and are passionate about it so much such that they are willing to DO whatever it takes to get it and consistently. They are aware that mastery and daily practice of the fundamental principles makes one an expert in their field and daily moves one a step closer to their goals. A superstar’s ACTIONS are FOCUSED to their goals. Their goals motivate and drive them because, for each goal they set they take time to reflect on the pains associated with NOT achieving it. So to say, they use the pain to their advantage to leverage them to their goals. When obstacles come their way, they are willing to search for ways of overcoming or going round them. They are willing to ask and learn from others.

Superstars are always willingness to INVEST towards the attainment of their goals. They spend lots of time at their job, learning and searching for ways to perfect what they are already doing. They enlist support of others and are appreciative of other people’s contributions to them. They are not afraid to invest cash or money in the process because they know that they are sowing for the future.

Superstars enjoy what they do and readily want to share and lead other to it. In SFI this principle is core for success in duplication.

I have often wondered about this issue ; we would all like to be "super-stars" on SFI, wouldn't we ? So how do we achieve it ? To my mind, a 'super-star" would...

*plan and execute his strategies by the book,
*do his SFI routine everyday without fail, come rain or shine,
*learn everything there is to learn about online marketing,
*be an active member of IAHBE on an ongoing basis,
*duplicate, be a good mentor to his PSAs and CSAs and foster an effective team,
*form his own co-operative and run it briskly,
*buy and sell actively through TripleClicks,
*Set an example and lead from the front to his team,
*earn a monthly income between $3 to 5 K per month.

Sigh...that's the theory , my friend ! It is a little more difficult, if not impossible, to translate this into practice.

So what would make a "super-star" different ? Passion, commitment, perseverance, hard work, leadership and concern for his downline. Hope this will help at least to focus on the road-map to become a super-star. Thanks for reading.

To become a Superstar, you must first do the work. Superstars don't happen over night. They train for many years for that one moment, that one year, or that one Olympics to become a Superstar.

SFI is a Business, Treat it like a business.

STEP 1. Slow and Steady wins the Race

Start by signing in each day. Click the start button, and follow the directions. Then, make sure to read the each launchpad lesson and click for the points. Consistently, make sure to click the red tabs, read the page, and then click the blue box at the bottom of the page. Do your best to stay above the green line.

STEP 2. Advertise

Start Advertising! From Now! Use free safelists. Try to sell TCredit cards for TripleClicks. Click the Marketing section and read it for tips.

STEP 3 Invest in your Business and in Yourself

Once you have made enough to afford a standing order for S-Builder Co-Op, purchase it. Then purchase a standing order of TCredits. Then keep purchasing S-Builder Co-ops

Step 4 Patience

Rome wasn't built in a day.

SFI has 6 income streams. Databases and Databases of training material. Spend time each day do actually do the daily tasks. SFI assigns which lessons you need to do on a given day. Learning takes time and your sponsor, co-sponsor, and upline are there for you if you need help. You will find, if you maintain your EA status, you will do well. If your rise in the ranks to a Team Leader, do your best, each month, to stay a Team Leader.

Most businesses are not out of debt until about the 5th year of business. I made a modest profit my first month. I don't owe anything. That was profit. Next month I will do at least double that. All, Profit. Realize you must do the work, and profit will come. I think by my month 3, I will be making significantly more than that. It just takes time, respecting SFI as a business, and following the SFI's training.

So you wants to become a superstar. How badly do you want it? Well, "the achievement of your goal is assured the moment you commit yourself to it." -Mack R. Douglas. "How do you become a superstar in SFI?"

The first step to becoming a superstar in SFI is to learn the program. To do this, you need to read, read, read. You need to log in every day, learn the basics, and keep learning. Learn how to advertise. Learn how to teach your team to do what you do.

You should lead by example. If you are not doing something, how can you expect your team to do it? Be a good role model, and give your team a solid leader to duplicate.

It is important to set goals. Set goals for yourself, and also for your team members. Help them set their own goals. Equally important, divide those goals into smaller goals, and figure out how you're going to get there. Build a road map to your success. Follow it every day, faithfully. By being consistent and determined, your motivation will keep you on the path to realizing your goals, one day at a time. One goal at a time.

Another important quality in an SFI superstar is innovation. Yes, it's important to follow the proven steps that work, but - to really shine - it's also important to forge new paths to success. If we are complacent, we will eventually become obsolete. SFI continues to forge ahead with new improvements each month, and we as leaders need to do the same.

The first thing is to define what actually is 'SUPERSTAR'.

My understanding of the word is some one who is a role model. One whose name comes first to my mind when I need help or guidance. That person for me is my superstar.

How to become one means to adopt the qualities of our role models and supporters.

I think just earning the highest VPs or securing the No.1 rank or earning the most is not what makes a superstar. It is actually the respect, love, integrity and the trust earned over a period of time that are the qualifications of a superstar.

There are affiliates who are with SFI for quite some time now. They have actually seen SFI grow over these years and their affiliation is valuable (The proof is the SFI affiliation Badge). These affiliates moved upward in SFI step by step and the position they are holding was not acquired overnight rather it was a continued struggle and hard work.

There might be affiliates resourceful enough to take the No.1 rank overnight or start earning 4 or 5 digit commission but they can not become the seniors or experienced overnight.

So to become superstar in SFI one need to have the following qualities:

1. Work oriented.
2. Honest.
3. Helpful and supportive.
4. Consistent
5. Role model for others
6. Reader
7. and last but of course not least important, experienced.
