Unless one is repeating the same information all the time he/she contacts the team, I would not say that there is no too much when it comes to SFI. We all need to be encouraged, reminded, and walked with daily. A good leader is one who takes his/her time to make sure that he is on top of what is happening in his/her team and one can do this by contacting the team members regularly.

We forget even after reading some of the things that we are required to do, the leader by writing or availing

Very Interesting Question. This question may be analysed as below:

As a team leader you need to help / make them (new affiliates) understand, what is SFI & its Business strategies etc. which details/information's you are providing through your welcome letter and other individual own ideas, which one might have planned to treat new team members. Here normally you will explain how to start / proceed & earn VP, Fast Track etc. This is not too much in my opinion. If you go on explaining

In my personal opinion every good sponsor should be sending out at a minimum, one team mail message each week. This shows their downline that they care and are just as much involved as they are in building their business.

To address the immediate question "how much is too much" one has to ask, how serious do we want our downlines to be? Anybody who joined SFI and is 100% serious about building a strong successful business won't be turned off by emails intended to assist them

When you wake up every morning & see your family, pause for a minute
and think about having asked this question here.

Does coming face to face with your family members seem "too much" to
you, ever ? i really do not think you even need to answer this one.

A simple reminder like "Have You Finished Your Daily Actions ?" to an
inactive member might be as nice a way to STAY INVOLVED as any other.
And, it might just be enough to encourage

Answer to this question will differ from person to person and situation to situation, still i'll try to put up my opinion as follows:

1) In case of newly joined Affiliates---Welcome them to your team with a short message
asking him whether he needs your support right now or he is comfortable in getting
started. Don't forget to ask him to contact you in future in case of need.Wait till
he responds, and when he contacts you, extend the support needed or resolve the

I think that depends on the individual members of your downline.

Some people prefer to read and be left alone to get on with it using their own strategies, others prefer a much more tutored style of sponsor.

In my opinion, remind people that you are there if required and you should be able to tell from the response (or lack of one) what sort of person they are. That way you don't spam people who prefer to work alone, and the people who want a more guided format will respond

I don't think you can make too much contact when it comes to your downline. In fact, if a new affiliate is truly ready to build this business (or any business for that matter), they will probably be contacting you! Once I joined SFI, I was constantly contacting my sponsor and co-sponsor with questions I couldn't find the answers too or things I didn't understand. Actually, it probably took me a few days since I was a little unsure of what I signed up for in the beginning. As soon as I realized how

A good question with high importance. No one in mail box wants so much mail in a short time. That makes them overwhelming and spamming.

1. Sending a group mail once in a week is fine with real tips not only for points.People open there mails in SFI to see a great news, so if you send your mails many time, they just dnt want to go through the similar content.

2. Post as long as you can stream post. if people really like reading your messages they will certainly read it in stream

Very Good Question & i would like to explain the answer this way:

If you thoroughly look at the Special features of "Strong Future International" Internet Company, i.e. SFI, It has got its own style of encouraging / create feel good effect for the new members, during joining to SFI with Unique training programme's : (a)Start - (b)SFI Basics - (c)Launchpad. Along with this, regular team mails reminders, recaps, etc. which is more than sufficient to understand about SFI &

"How much is too much when contacting your team or downline?"
In opinion, too much contacting should not be a problem whereas too less contacting can be termed as a problem. Let us assume you contact every day. You may not get reply to all your mails. Therefore you need to keep sending mails till he/she reads your. Your downline/team may not open their email boxes for days together. Therefore it becomes all the more important to get in touch with them through emails. But you
