The main reason for this, at my opinion, is this:

1.) When new PSAs join SFI business, they see SFI Affiliate center with many tabs full of information and also immediately they get a lot of emails from SFI (and in many cases from their sponsor and upline members),so they get overwhelmed with information.

First because of a lot of information at SFI pages,they think they will not have enough time to read (or they are lasy to read) all those information and also they get confused and overwhelmed, so they don't know where and what to start first.

2.) In many cases sponsors of new PSAs are not active and they don't send support, info messages and answers to their new PSAs, so new PSAs get disapointed and think that SFI is like many other scam businesses and they quit.

But also some sponsors are also new in SFI like their PSAs, so they also don't know enough information about SFI, so they can not explain and get answers about SFI to their new PSAs, so they do not send messages with support and answers.

3.) PSAs who read information about SFI and who get instructions from SFI support and from their sponsor and upline members, the most of the time don't follow instructions and also they don't want to invest any money in advertising of SFI business and to buy anything at TripleClicks (like (TCredits packs, IAHBE, or S-Builder, to reach their higher position and build SFI business faster, or to buy something else they usually buy somewhere else).
They consider spending money at TripleClicka as an expenditure, not like an investment in SFI business.

But all SFI affiliates should be aware that SFI is like any other business where they need to invest some time and money and that they are business owners so they should treat SFI as their business!

A lot of people simply taking the path of least resistance and do not want to engage further, particularly if they have a permanent job.

Another reason may be the lack of trust. On the internet you have tens and hundreds of job offers that are based on the work from the Home, and they all offer a quick profit with minimal effort. Of course, if you start working, you have to pay a certain sum of money, which sometimes is not small. And in the end it turns out that it is not the best solution for anybody.

And of course, it may be a complete lack of interest, even when they join. Maybe they are not well explained and access opportunities that this business offers. In my downline as CSA, there are many, who from the strart have not made a single point. There are those who have made a decent number of points and then stopped. Even in my class in the competition E365 from the date of entry into the finals, two were dropped. Why? I think from the beginning, they did not realize that this is a business in the long run and should go gradually. or do not wish to learn ....

I have 40 CSAs and PSAs -- they are all inactive, and they have been dropped out of their Entrepreneur 365 contest. Only 4 of them went past "joining," two making 2 points, one making 10 points, and one 360 points. I sent all of my people Welcome Letters, and many tips on how to take small steps to gain points -- no response. I asked them what their particular problem was and listed expected ones and asked them to respond -- no response. I suggested if they had a language problem to contact others who spoke their language from their own countries for advice and support -- no response (I even gave the few sort of active ones a name of a high VP earner from their own country. I also told them they could opt-out if they did not want to continue and no one did that either.

I saw another answer when I was voting that indicated that people have many different problems such as language problems, money problems, misunderstandings of our articles and other literature, boredom and non-commitment, unwillingness to work at the business, wrong match with their sponsor, a sponsor who is not supporting them and many others. Most all of these could also be part of the problems for English-speakers as well.

I believe that we need another step to indicate an interest in continuing in the business. Something such as: if a person does not make any effort to continue or to be active, they are suspended from membership after 1 or 2 months and then just left in the data base to be given a new sponsor, if they do decide to recontact us one day. If something happens that they wake up and want to move ahead, they can always come back and be told they have been in suspension and register for a new sponsor who will support them.

If they are people like my ones that made a few points, maybe they should have another month of company emails (rather than sponsor emails) asking them for an evaluation of the company, their sponsor, or whether they think TripleClicks could assist their business to grow; but they can be put on suspension also, unless or until they also ask to come back or be recommitted to the business. Perhaps it would be a good idea to assign them to a sponsor who speaks their own language when there starts to be a problem. Maybe there could be a trade off with the English-speaking sponsors who might have more success with the English-speaking non-actives of the person of the other language. It might be beneficial to all, including SFI.

There are many, many reasons for people who seem to come on-board, but don't continue. We can't find solutions for any of them, if the people do not respond. We give them plenty of opportunity to respond, which doesn't happen with other online businesses that I have been associated with. We must give up at some point.

There are several reasons of this question why people don’t work to advancing in SFI. If I start discussion in this matter in details an E-Book will be written. So I just give summary to answer this question in the angle from my country India.

1) Most of the people who join SFI are student or just end their studies and searching for a job to earn money or do a small job of teaching or others as a fresher. Their income is not sufficient to invest some money in every month in any business or work. But they are very much interested, efficient and agree to give any efforts to earn money but it should be without investment as they have to depends upon their parents for money in most cases. But most of the parents are conservative and don’t allow them to invest money in Online Business or work in fear of spam. So for earn money when they see “FREE” they quickly join with an expectation to earn money to do some easy work. They are also interested to advancing SFI but when they see Standing Order, investment they become fused and some of them are not agree to wait a long to earn money.

2) Some people are able to arrange money for Standing Order or anything else but main obstruction is to sending that through Debit/Credit Card as most of them not have a same. In our country suppose 90% have Mobile phone when 30% have computer then 10% have Debit/Credit Card (Approx.) So it is an important factor.

2) A few have computer but no net connection

3) One very important thing is language problem. In our country there are several languages as per Race. So they feel very uncomfortable in SFI due to language problem.

4) Some people are not agree to enter in a tough competition like SFI

"Why don't more people work towards advancing in SFI?"

Very good question!

There can be a number of reasons why new affiliates hesitate or simply do not attempt to advance in SFI...

1) Time - Some people see SFI as an interesting opportunity but really don't have the extra time to learn the system and see its real potential. (Most of the affiliates that join under these circumstances lead really busy lives and saw this opportunity while passing through. You can only offer your assistance to help teach them if they have the time to listen and read)

2) Motivation - Some people see the real potential of SFI but lack the motivation to move on it. (This is surprisingly, probably the biggest group. They want it, but can't easily see how to get it! It is up to you to make them feel comfortable, teach them all you can and help them develop the motivation to succeed. The first step is always the hardest.)

3) Impatient - Many are looking for a get rich quick scheme that really works. Truth be told, unless you win the lottery or get very very lucky... this business just simply does not exist. (This group will get lost in reading about the opportunity and lose interest very quick. You must let everyone know up front, SFI is not going to make you a millionaire overnight, but if you work the system at your own pace you will see growth and develop a system that works for you that will expand your business to huge proportions. Millionaire status is reachable, but it requires work, dedication, and persistence.)

4) Fear - Some affiliates fear they don't stand a chance to succeed in any business of their own. They are just interested in what is out there. (They are generally also looking for the easy route to riches. It takes the right kind of person to take control and build a home business. Network marketing can be a tough business, but SFI provides a sound system and several income streams.

I could name a few more obvious answers, but these are the key groups that need that little extra push from you as their sponsor or co-sponsor.

I really like your question.

One thing about some people of which I am not exempted is that they wait for manner to start falling from the heavens before they take action. Yes I am not an exception because I behaved like that when I joined SFI and as a result lost the E365 championship though I now lead in my class which ends August this year.

People want to be lectured as to the true nature of a certain income opportunity before they would become so convinced to be active and for that matter climb the steps to great achievements. For instance if you are not patient with the SFI way of compensation and the marketing strategies used here you will not have the gut to continue.

My PSAs and CSAs send me mails asking what else is in the To-do-list to enable them accumulate versa points which will elevate them to be EA2s or BTLs. This clearly shows why they might not be advancing as their main focus is on action points not sales points. I therefore make sure to take them through the SFI compensation plan letting them realize how sales and actions combine to help them achieve their set goals.

Another factor that gets people stuck is the risk factor. So many people are afraid of losing money to invest in a home base business. Why? Because they have been taken through the frustrations of certain programs online that play gimmicks with the public.
Consequently, they just observe the simple actions on SFI and never advance to EA2s.
They may not sponsor because of the risk of losing their reputation among family members. They then stay put for a while until convinced enough.

Some affiliates of mine too will tell me they actually don't have time to be reading all the training materials on SFI. What I believe is that such people might not see SFI as so important to their future. We just have to let them know that fact to enable them climb up the ladder.

Hello this is a good question, and there so many answers to this. well this is what i think:

The main reason why more people don't work towards advancing SFI :

1. Almost everyone who joined SFI had high expectation to make it quick which is not bad, but only a few are willing to take the pain to work it out. So many saw it as a place to make quick money and had their hope dashed, but only few saw the potential SFI has in generating residual income if one can be patient and grow their business.

2. Most people where not ready to take the pain and grow in the business. They get overwhelmed with so much information and at the end give up when it may seems like nothing is happening.

3. There are a lot of people who do not have the resources to get affiliate or would not take the time to read the resources available in SFI on sponsoring and duplication.

4. Some are not ready to part with their money because they feel they may pay for so much and at the end of the month get little, but failing to realize that in a new business you may first in cure some losses before you begin to experience the fruit of your labor.

5. For others they lack of some sponsor's attention. I feel much more people would have taken SFI serious if only some sponsors who are just only interested in pulling so much affiliate would take their time in mentoring this will make more people to advance their SFI business.

6. There are those who are really new to the internet world so what to do per time may be a factor why so many are not advancing.

7. lack of internet connection can also contribute. There are some countries that one will need to travel a distance to get access to a internet connection or cafee. so the cost of transporting them self or amount paid to cafee may discourage them.

8. Then there are those who actually don't have the means to push their SFI business forward. There are many that are not financially able to cope so thats discourages them.

Hello Redonna Excellent question.

the easiest answer I can give is a lack of knowledge in regards to what SFI is all about and how they can benefit from our businesses over a period of time.(this of course is NOT a "get rich type of program) and some people fail to realize this.

The lack of knowledge can be overcome if given guidance and that they understand that there is no "overnight success" it takes sometimes months even years before you start to see any real income from "any" legitimate business it all really depends on your level of involvement throughout that given time if you are slow to start it will take longer than if you shot out the gate running especially for those of us who are not as skilled at computers or the entire marketing type of business model over all.

We all know the saying "quitters never win and winners never quit" but a lot of times new people in marketing (especially online marketing) have some trouble grasping this concept for one reason or another, mainly because they do not see immediate results they just in fact give up after seeing their first commission check and say "wow all that hard work and look what I got to show for it!" I personally had a couple opt outs for this very reason.

I always send a team mail message out to all of my inactive affiliates once a week encouraging them to revisit this business they have started.

Lots of people don't give their business a chance to get a good start for instance this is a sales and duplicating/recruiting type of business you cannot just let it sit idly by and hope and think it will make you ANY money.

When I receive new team members I send out a message (along with others) that states what SFI is and is not and says basically what SFI asks of us in order for us to achieve great success within our teams some have responded well others have not.

You have to remember the saying Some will, some won't. So what?! Someone's waiting! Next!The basic rule of thumb I use is out of every 10 people I bring to my team 1 will be worth more to me than gold. so just keep recruiting we are only at 1 million SFI members there is the whole world left for us to sign up and the numbers grow exponentially every day a child is born then reaches the age of majority in his/her country

It may come as a surprise to some, but, the reality is that there are people out there who are joining SFI without a home computer or reliable internet access. There are also some who believe that by simply signing their names SFI will send them a cheque of a couple of 100 USD bills.

Somewhere in the good book there is a line that many are called but few are chosen. It also clear that within SFI we have many who join but only a few who have truely chosen to commit themselves to this business. Our role as sponsors and co-sponsors is to encourage and motivate those who are willing to work. We should never get discouraged by the volume of prospects that simply sign their names and never log in again.

We must also accept that like in many decisive moments there are those that quickly make decision, run fast and lose steam and on the other hand others wait by the valley of decision and when they finally make up their minds never look back. Prepare yourself for that moment when your high rising PSA suddenly runs out of steam and disappears into thin air and that PSA with zero versa points for the last 90 days suddenly rising to a PTL in less than two months.

A very good question indeed and reminds us to ponder over this. In my opinion, following are some of the reasons which we should address to overcome this problem:

1) Most of the Affiliates are sponsored through on-line advertising mediums and they
join SFI out of curiosity and just try it to know whether it actually works.
2) After joining, they get confused and don't know how and where to start from?
3) They think SFI is also like other on-line business opportunity which promises
getting rich over night and earn 100$ a day from the day one itself.

Now , what is the solution to all the above mentioned problems?

Solution is as follows:

1) The first and foremost duty of the Sponsor is to answer to his curiosity and
convince him that SFI really works as a business model and has survived and passed
the test of time. This can be done by sharing some testimonials of the successful
people from the team and if possible from his own team itself so that he gets
convinced and can see that he too can be a success.
2) Very important aspect of any program is to get started. As the saying goes "well
begun is half done". It is equally applicable here also. If we can guide him how to
get started along with justification of doing it right,we are done. This is how to
break his inertia and let him start with his own pace. After he starts enjoying it,
then ask him to gain momentum and set the goal of at least becoming EA every month.
3) It is very essential to get this idea be based in his mind that it is not a
"overnight success story". It is your business and every business needs time to grow
and flourish. So he has to give time to grow his business then only expect to start
earning. Every business needs investment whether in terms of time or money. The
choice is yours.
