A large active downline can easily be managed by first being organized. Using social media in our era has come to help a lot of Team Leaders in managing large downlines. For instance the use of hung up, skype video calls, facebook and other social media channels easily personalize interactions with affiliates.

You may not have all the time to solve each and everyone's problem all at once. You can let affiliates book appointment with you on times mutually convenient to you. Attend to their question and sometimes direct them to the SFI pages of information to reduce the time you attend to each individual.

You may have Team leaders in your downline since you are describing it as large. Organize Team Leaders on skype or google hung up to address their needs. Once the team leaders have all the needed support from you, it ripples to their individual teams which are all under your care.

Once team members direct their questions to their team leaders you will be free to pick on some affiliates with special need to help. Moreso frequently asked question by affiliates can easily be answered using the PSA or CSA mailer.

One thing about some people of which I am not exempted is that they wait for manner to start falling from the heavens before they take action. Yes I am not an exception because I behaved like that when I joined SFI and as a result lost the E365 championship though I now lead in my class which ends August this year.

People want to be lectured as to the true nature of a certain income opportunity before they would become so convinced to be active and for that matter climb the steps to great achievements. For instance if you are not patient with the SFI way of compensation and the marketing strategies used here you will not have the gut to continue.

My PSAs and CSAs send me mails asking what else is in the To-do-list to enable them accumulate versa points which will elevate them to be EA2s or BTLs. This clearly shows why they might not be advancing as their main focus is on action points not sales points. I therefore make sure to take them through the SFI compensation plan letting them realize how sales and actions combine to help them achieve their set goals.

Another factor that gets people stuck is the risk factor. So many people are afraid of losing money to invest in a home base business. Why? Because they have been taken through the frustrations of certain programs online that play gimmicks with the public.
Consequently, they just observe the simple actions on SFI and never advance to EA2s.
They may not sponsor because of the risk of losing their reputation among family members. They then stay put for a while until convinced enough.

Some affiliates of mine too will tell me they actually don't have time to be reading all the training materials on SFI. What I believe is that such people might not see SFI as so important to their future. We just have to let them know that fact to enable them climb up the ladder.

Dormant affiliates might have been overwhelmed by the SFI system, might have perceived SFI as trivial to their online success or might have been disappointed because they were attracted by some-quick money feeling among other things.

Now, you first need to get their attention to the system once again to correct their impression about SFI whatever it is that militate against their success. I do this by issuing them gift certificates and give them like 5 working days to claim their gift. It works magic as some inactive affiliates start becoming active. I then make sure to contact the active affiliate and explain everything about SFI'S success to him/her.

Once the affiliates become active let them know how you feel about SFI and why you are still there-I mean the reason why it's so difficult for you to leave SFI. Let them get the "feeling" of this wonderful company. Help them and remove any ambiguity-let SFI look simple in their eyes.

Explain to them that SFI is not a get-rich scheme but they can build a steady income that can take care of their retirement. It's a company you can trust and a pillow to relax your dreams on. Hope this is helpful.
