It may come as a surprise to some, but, the reality is that there are people out there who are joining SFI without a home computer or reliable internet access. There are also some who believe that by simply signing their names SFI will send them a cheque of a couple of 100 USD bills.
Somewhere in the good book there is a line that many are called but few are chosen. It also clear that within SFI we have many who join but only a few who have truely chosen to commit themselves to this business. Our role as sponsors and co-sponsors is to encourage and motivate those who are willing to work. We should never get discouraged by the volume of prospects that simply sign their names and never log in again.
We must also accept that like in many decisive moments there are those that quickly make decision, run fast and lose steam and on the other hand others wait by the valley of decision and when they finally make up their minds never look back. Prepare yourself for that moment when your high rising PSA suddenly runs out of steam and disappears into thin air and that PSA with zero versa points for the last 90 days suddenly rising to a PTL in less than two months.

Aaron you asked a very interesting question. SFI is a global company and knows no borders. If you look at the growth tab, you will find that some of our great champions are based in Africa. There n ay be some challenges when purchasing goods on TC due to lack of credit cards in some countries but SFI makes it possible to pay by western union and more recently local pay. You may also facilitate the local paying your country by enrolling as many businesses into the ECA program. All inall you have a great chance of succeeding in SFI even in a poorer African or Asian country as long as you follow SFI simple rules of success.

What are the signs that a new affiliate is going to be a good one?

First impressions are lasting but are not necessarilly valid. An affiliate who logs in and then disappears for a week without completing their profile or even earning a single VP is most likely going to be a hopless PSA. On the other hand the guy who is a fast track and reaches the rank of EA in their first month promises to be a good PSA but there are always exceptions to these cases. There are PSA who do nothing for the first month but end up top of their class whilst there are star PSA who reach the rank of Gold Team leader in ther first month and opt out after 6 months. The moral of the story is that you can not easily tell who will turn out to be a good PSA in the first three months. All you need is to keep encouraging all except those who are completely absent.

A picture speaks a 1000 words. I would definitely use a graphic image on the number of individuals from all parts of the world joining SFI on a daily basis. This will help show the global presence of our company and also show every prospective member that many from their parts of the world have signed up.

I would certainly use gift cards as a reward to my most active affiliates to motivate them to keep working hard. It may feel enticing to give a gift card to an inactive member to try and induce them tobbecome active again. Unfortunately this may just be as good as giving children's food to swine as the this inactive chap may just do nothing so that you may give him more inducements.
