There are Three things that I personally does to ensure my steady growth as a Team Leader.

1. I continuously recruit affiliates. - This gives me broader and horizontal foundation. We do not only need our new affiliates for horizontal growth but we also need constant replenishment of new affiliates because even our most active affiliates may stop somewhere for some reason.

I believe that to be a good SFI Leader to your team one should effectively answer their questions about SFI.

This means as a Team Leader one should know your way around the Affiliate Center. A Team Leader must be able to quickly look up answers and the appropriate URL where the answer can be found.

And in all your communication to your down-line one should have one aim in mind: to help and to empower your down line to succeed in SFI.

To be a leader, you must have a team to lead. To grow as a leader, you must work at improving your leadership skills and habits. You must know which direction you are leading them and if that is the correct route to the correct destination. We must not lead astray.

Hi,

That's not a difficult question to answer, especially that SFI provides you with all the tools to be a good leader, and my path is as follows:

1. I use the PSA/CSA mailer to communicate with my affiliates. They usually do not respond but that does not scare me off.

2. Leading by example - I don't recommend anything to my affiliates that I don't use myself, and I try to be consistent with what I teach.

Personal growth and development is hard to define with only one answer.

I have found over the years that there are bascially 2 elements that need to be in place in order to grow professionally and personally and these 2 elements also benefit me as an affiliate with SFI:

Read, read, read. Communicate. Duplicate. Reward my team. And then turn around and do it again tomorrow.

I think the most important thing to do to grow as a leader is to read and learn as much as possible. There is a lot of information on this site. Then there's the IAHBE site, which is LOADED with information. If I'm looking for information on a specific subject, I look in the TC store to find cheap ebooks. A great question and quite a hard one to answer. I myself am a very impatient person, in fact I'm probably not really suited to this type of job as patience is a requirement for success, However I believe I'm doing very well. Communication is a big factor in growing a business, I believe you have to liken SFI to a Bricks and Mortar type business. Growth requires learning, so that is what I'm doing.

I've only been in SFI a little over 2 months, so I still have a lot to learn. I spend time each day reading and re-reading the beginner training materials, such as LaunchPad. I always read the TIPs tab each day, I'm familiar with Rules of Success, and I've started working through the Internet Income course. I have a subscription to IAHBE, and I try to read at least one article there a day.

A very good question. Ensuring that you are continuously growing in SFI is one of the very difficult task and done only by few members. Personally i have following points which I concentrate everyday to ensure my growth

1. Recruiting new PSAs everyday to make sure I have at least 5 highly active PSAs. Because, at some point you may find some of your active PSAs may stop too. SO constant PSA recruitment is necessary.
