What Qualities does one need to have or to develop to be successful with SFI?
Well this is a list a i can think of but it doesn't mean they must have them all at once. Some may have them straight away and some may need to learn how to get them themselves.

A very important factor is motive. The motive is to earn more money for the long term.
So is SFI the good project to achieve my need to earn a good income for the long term?

If my answer is no, then I have no reason to stay with SFI. If my answer is yes, then I'll go on to explore how good regular income for the long term could be achieve.

An affiliate's income is derived from sales by self, PSA, CSA or from the pool. To have this share, I have to invest in time & effort, money to build my team.

A team of 5,000 PSAs and 10,000 CSAs increase the chance of high repeating residual
income. I have to compare the cost of team-building against the potential residual income.

Since SFI averages 3,500 new affilaites a day, building a team of 15,000 PSAs/CSAs in 5 years is not impossible. The good news is that I will start to receive small income now.

Ultimately, it will be my reckoning regarding the economy of the world and the future of SFI.

This is an entrepreneural decision.

There's only 3 reasons that I know that make SFI Successful for anyone.

1. You have to be persistent, and some what stubborn to not give up.

2. You have to make yourself a schedule to visit SFI each day not matter what.

3. Have Patience, Always ask for help if you get stuck and nothing seams to be working.

Follow these 3 things the best as you can and you will be successful!!!

I would say that we must develop the skills of a BOAT-RIDER to be successful in any
business..Let me explain it clearly..

1.Paddle: Its the stick that is used to row boat..Without that no one starts to row a
boat..The entire ride depends on that.. That is compared to "FAITH".. Without faith all other qualities will be fruitless..So first we have to have faith in SFI,our upline,our downline and of course ourself..Only if we have faith we will start to do anything with real passion..

2.The passengers get in the boat to travel due to their confidence and trust in their
rider..Likewise we must create "CONFIDENCE" in our team and we have to earn their "TRUST" to ride our business to success..

3.The rider has all the information about the boat,the water and wind to ride his boat
safely.. Similarly, we must have "KNOWLEDGE" about SFI,the changing trends in the business to get going with our business safely and successfully..

4.Along with knowledge,the rider muat have the ability to lead the boat with his experience and talent.. We also must have the qualities like "LEADERSHIP","TALENT","EXPERIENCE" to get a good lead of our business..

5.Even though the rider has all the knowledge about the waters and his boat, he keeps a
direction compass and map in case he lost his way..The same way, we must be "COURAGEOUS & BOLD" and devise plans if we are lost in the business or the team work is not upto expected level..

6.The rider controls the boat and moves slowly in case of tornado or flood.This is the most important quality to be successful.. We must not be discouraged by problems..We have to be "PATIENT" and solve the problem with "PERSEVERANCE"..

7.The rider takes each passenger to the destiny they needed.. We,the sponsors must take each of our PSAs to the destiny they want..That is some PSA wants to be an ECA,some wants to
duplicate themselves.. But ultimately we must take them to the destiny (SUCCESS)

To be a successful in SFI one have to learn to follow instruction, every successful person whether with SFI or any other organization have to be willing to learn concepts and be willing to teach others the same concepts.

By following instruction you must read and fully understand what is required to be done and be willing to follow them precisely as they are laid out.

Every good leader must first been led before they start leading.their success comes only by following good examples and perseverance.

We must be motivated by someone or something to be successful,whatever efforts we put into SFI that is what we will get out of it.Each persons success depends on them.

SFI gives us the tools,thats the guideline we must read and understand well then put everything into action.

We must also be discipline, to follow each reading is a wonderful tool.Use it wisely.

Obviously you will have to be able to perform marketing tasks, now that covers a lot of things in one easy phrase, you need to know how to capture peoples attention quickly, how to encourage them to take an action, even silly things like which colour advert is most likely to succeed, far too many things to list here, but marketing skills are a must have.

Beyond that you need to explore your nurturing skills, the empathy and the advice you can provide will help bring along newer members to strengthen your team, make a point of remembering how difficult this all seemed when you first started and what a difference a simple piece of advice made.

All that said, I think the most import skill you need is to be patient, nobody ever promised over night success, this is a marathon not a sprint, those of us who go the distance will win through in the end.

The ability to visualize your goals. Making goals that you can visualize, even feeling and spending the money in your imagination, helps you to achieve the goal.

Passion about your goals. Be willing to put up posters with the amount you want to make around your house. Place a picture of your major wants, like a new car where you can see if every day.
To make goals that are real in your imagination and not just an I want are very motivating.
Place pictures of you doing things that include your family, write on the picture SFI is going to give me this.

Visualizing success is the first step to being successful. Being willing to do what it takes to succeed comes from visualizing the end result.

One should be coachable, make the commitments, read and study a lot, plus be willing to follow instructions. Everything is already laid out, step by step for you to learn, build your business and obtain unlimited income in SFI if you are willing to do what is required to become successful.

Other qualities will come along in due time, like patience, leadership and communication skills as you continue to progress and grow in the business.

The key is to never quit or give up.

Someone who has leadership qualities and develop to be successful in the SFI. Because these people have criteria such as having a sense of leadership and business, why?

1. He must have confidence in the SFI could make them a success after he learned and saw the training, tools, and compensation provided in the supporting SFI and TripleClicks.

2. Committed, passionate, persevering in doing so even continue to want to learn to develop them.
