First step in any task is to make a concrete plan,carry those to execute it along,be constantly there to encourage and stimulate so as to avert people feeling undue pressure,then appreciate every effort made by all and commend as appropriate.

First at all, we need to understand that overwhelming is it basically start from ourselves (The Key Person), then goes to team members.

It happen to everyone who not clearly understand the system, rush to see results, outbreak the basic and in the end give up when the result was not at expectation.

This is part of being an awesome sponsor,communication is key. Every affiliate is unique and requires there own special needs. Have your affiliate contact you with the things they need help on, as your weekly mailer can't satisfy everyone. For you not to be overwhelmed you must learn the system, and your answers for your downline will come easy. Everyone works at a different pace communication will keep this business from becoming overwhelming for anyone.

Greeting my new team members on the same day they join - without fail.

In my welcome note I do explain how to collect VersaPoints and advise to not fail working through the daily to-do-list and their launchpad - but one each day only.

I do emphasize that they should try to collect 500 VersaPoints within their first 24 hours in SFI in order to get the "fast-track" extra 500 VersaPoints and badge.

Continue supporting the team needs every day communication between its members when one was something new to say the entire team. Must determine together what needs to be done every day and learn something new every week. Documentation provided by SFI is very large and should be shared team members and then discussed them, to understand better.

Most of them do not know in detail the program and how it works, then they do not know where to start from where it first hand, but do not know how to ask the sponsor because of constraints in the language. This is probably one of the only things that can affect occur it.First to do is learn the tips that are given to newly joined in this program.
The key is to take the time to study the immediate aspect that has been provided and then they will know that this program is extraordinary.

SFI will not be overwhelming to yourself and your team members when team work other than individualistic efforts are employed. As you sign up other members,guide them to duplicate your efforts and encourage them to work together by sharing ideas and tips to move each other up on the ladder. Encouraging and motivating each other will spell success for yourself and your team as "Together Everyone Achieve More".

You have to follow the steps one by one. Do not try to read everything in a day or two. As is indicated in one of the Launch Pad ,just read two articles on training or just read few things only. Too much reading creates confusion. Do not try to become Platinum Team Leader without first crating a good team. Do not expect that you can start earning in thousands of dollars iin a very short time. This is not a get rich soon scheme.

Yes, I will answer honestly as possible. When I entered this business, I came with the expectation that revenues will occur overnight.
