What is the most effective promotion/incentive you have offered your downline to become (or requalify as) an EA?

When you go through the program then you will surely come across the section on how to create your own S-Builder.
I did that when I became BTL in the first few months. And for my group I have invited my movers to become team members for free. I have promoted this link in my eMail footers and encouraged my members who became part of it to help promoting it, too.
I do admit, it took a few months to work - during the first 2-3 months we received each just one sign-up and everyone tried to post the link in various sources.
Now, after more than half a year I do receive up to 30 sign-ups from there per month. And surely my team members earn the same as it is accorded on a rotation basis.
Before that I tried to engage my team members in contests and offered VP's for a specific number of achieved sign-ups. That all did not work well. Even if they did not achieve the target I still encouraged them by giving the VP's.
With the S-Builder option I know that most of my downlines who were prospective successors stayed in and are continuing on SFI and build their own teams. Some slow and steady and some more fast. To me this is the best incentive in the program.

Greeting my new team members on the same day they join - without fail.
In my welcome note I do explain how to collect VersaPoints and advise to not fail working through the daily To-Do-List and their launchpad.
I do emphasize that they should try to collect 500 VersaPoints within their first 24 hours in SFI in order to get the "fast-track" extra 500 VersaPoints and badge.
In my PSA Mailer I have given all my PSA's the link to the 3-Step-Video:

Guess that is the best I can actually do for those who are interested and have subscribed to SFI on their own decision - because "You miss 100% of the shots you never take."
