The best advice I have recieved from my upline is first always stick to the SFI BASICS.Build yourself a team, reach EA rank and teach your team to do the same as you did. Also become an awesome sponsor, this is very important to being a great team leader, and getting the most out of your team and creating duplication.
I'm totally new to blogging. How do I use my blog to best promote SFI?

Blogging can be a very effective tool in promoting your SFI business. I find that writing from the heart can be most affective. This builds a connection with your readers, it gives them the feeling that another human is sharing there true feelings about a subject. This can build just enough trust to get them to want to visit your link.

I myself like to motivate my team by rewarding them for there efforts.I like to use tcredits, and gift certificate's. I also remind them of the badges they will recieve and how proud you will be to see them daily knowing that you have achieved a goal you set.
The tcredit's and gift certificate's are like an extra paycheck to beginners, and a feeling of self fulfillment. Knowing that when you work hard and give it your all, it pays off. Some people need that extra incentive to see thier is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Once they see the big picture they will set there goals even higher.

Has anyone used Skype or other video chat service with their team members...and was it effective?

Using skype is a great idea.It is alot easier to show someone how to do something rather than tring to explain it through words. You also get to know the there personality and see there reactions on your topics. For some people it is very hard for them to communicate thier true feelings through words, using skype they can talk to you or even show you exactly what they are not understanding. This is one of the best ways to communicate with your downline to get the maximum results.

This is part of being an awesome sponsor, communication is key. Every affiliate is unique and requires there own special needs. Have your affiliate contact you with the things they need help on, as your weekly mailer can't satisfy everyone. For you not to be overwhelmed you must learn the system, and your answers for your downline will come easy. Everyone works at a different pace communication will keep this business from becoming overwhelming for anyone.
What is the benefit of receiving non-active, re-assigned affiliates (PSAs) from your upline?

The benefit of receiving these re-assigned affiliates is that it opens up your group mailer. This allows you to send out weekly letters and receive 30 VP a week 120/month. If your lucky enough some will come back. Some people might suggest sending them Email, I suggest spending your time with affiliates who want to learn and be a part of SFI.
