For the beginner, keep it as simple as possible.

The first month should be learning the program. Suggest to your affiliates the most important thing to do is make sure they log in everyday. Do the daily tasks on the home page by clicking on each of the tabs, reading the material, and clicking the blue button at the bottom of each page.

Also, there are one time actions on the To Do List tab on their home page that they should complete. Some of them take longer than others due to the amount of reading, but they don't have to be completed all in one day. But they should complete them within 30 days of signing up.

Make sure you impress upon them to ask you for help if they don't understand something, and if they do, make sure you answer them as soon as possible.

Suggest to them they read 1 Launchpad lesson per day. Again, be prepared to answer any questions they have.

Next, they should click on the SFI Basics button, and start reading about sales and sponsoring. Advise them to pick a few topics to read about, and make sure they understand what is being explained.

Have them focus on the beginner methods for sales and sponsoring, so they can understand what materials SFI has for them to advertise this program.

The Ready, Set, Go page has everything a new affiliate needs to get started, so keep referring them back to that page....which is the START button at the top of the page.

Make sure you are available to answer any questions they have. And if you don't know the answer, please find the correct one before you answer them.

It’s natural to take one look at a new venture and become overwhelmed. SFI is not different either. In order not to make SFI be overwhelmed for me and my team I do the following: -

Set a personal goal to read one or two lessons a day.

Make sure to understand how to apply the substantial amount of lessons to grow the SFI business.

Be patient knowing that nothing good come easy.

Have positive attitude and maintain high expectation with achievable goal.

Constantly study how SFI works by keeping abreast with information on alert page,SFI News, Forum and Ask SC.

There is an adage that Rome was not built in a day, so also SFI. Determination to gradually achieve maximum success is very essential.

It’s very important to have steady growth no matter how minimal. SFI downline grows bigger with one PSA and or CSA at a time. Every big accomplishment is a series of little accomplishments. Wealth creation with SFI demands time and strategic actions. One needs to tackle each portion of this marketing program one at a time. For instance you just can"t take one day to complete your launchpad. You have to learn each and everyday paying attention to every detail of the lessons and picking the most helpful marketing points that will suit your personal objectives. Thus you can focus on the To-do-list at the homepage which will make learning lighter for you.

If you are looking for success with SFI, just look at it from the perspective of the owner or the founder and you will understand certain things. As an owner of your own business, you just don't succeed without a plan in place otherwise you will fail. You have to assess your strengths and weaknesses and come to a realization of what better suits your business model. Most people who sign-up for SFI are not sure what next to do. They all seem overwhelmed by the amount of resources available to them and will just sign out and move over to something else. They may have stumbled on the business opportunity and signed-up without being ready to act immediately. We all know the importance on taking action within one's first 24 hours as an SFI affiliate (the fast track start)and this is the reason you receive an immediate notification as their sponsor. You should have a welcome letter handy to dispatch to them with a clear direction on what they need to do.

The secret to keeping the new affiliate from being overwhelmed is to keep it simple. You don't need to know everything about the business before you start making progress in it. This is a business opportunity we all plan to remain in for a very long time, so why trying to know everything at once? SFI has made things very simple by providing the SFI Basics (https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics) and the Launchpad lessons (https://www.sfimg.com/LaunchPad/). For the first 30 days on SFI, the new affiliates should focus ONLY on these. The Launchpad lessons are designed to be studied one lesson a day and should be done that way. This question is very tactical and yes SFI could overwhelm you at first or in the first 3 to 4 months, reason been that you would like to know almost everything at a go and then you realize you have actually not made reasonable progress.

One thing we fail to realize is that SFI has come to stay and have being existing for a little over 14 years now. so guys take your time bit by bit and learn the important points and knowledge you need to acquire to make a successful business.

The important things you need to know first of all is what SFI is all about then walk you way through to the top.

First of all go through SFI basic. It can be found at the top right corner under your picture in blue.

There you can learn 3 simple steps to take to make money. And these 3 you can chose any one you want to start with and you are comfortable with, these are

1. Start earning money by accumulating VersaPoints
2. Increase your earnings by generating sales at TripleClicks.com
3. Maximize your income with sponsoring and duplication

then the forth option is optional

4. Add supplemental income streams (optional)

Remember the old fashioned way of teaching a child to swim? You throw him in the pool and watch him flounder. When he gets more relaxed, he will concentrate on the actions he needs to take to get to the safety of the pool side. His arms and legs work together to get the forward motion, and he learns to open his eyes to see where he's going. And he holds his head above the water so he can breath. All the while you are near and watching lest he needs your help.

When I began in SFI there were many words that I did not understand. But as I kept reading, I began to learn how everything fit together, the words became defined. Ideas started to connect together. I began to learn the actions needed and began to see what SFI is all about. In addition, the arms and legs of SFI began to fit together and I learned how to use them.

Once my head was out of the water and I could begin to breath easier, I explored the vast web-site.

My sponsor was there near me and we did discuss some of the points and hurdles, but I worked for where I am and I could rely on my sponsor at all times. But I had worked with my sponsor for years before SFI and he knew what I was capable of understanding and doing.

Our PSAs and CSAs are from around the world and from many backgrounds. I would suggest to give them the instructions to begin at the grey Start button and follow the suggestions from there. As we watch their progress on the To-Do List, we can make short suggestions as well as cheering them on.

Make sure that they understand that the money really comes from TC sales. That is not to be overlooked. No sales, no commissions. The largest Team in SFI will not make money without sales from TC.

I also encourage them to begin a very simple ad campaign even before they finish their To-Do List complete with Text Ads. I also tell them to study the Key Coding and Hit Tracking sections.

I still keep an eye on them and write when they slow down or have earned some praise.
I have found that many of my team members have not explored the SFI site. And not the TC site either, In fact I think that many do not order because they are too unwilling to explore the sites ans learn how to place and pay for an item.

I have give out some Gift Certificates to the workers and told them what $5 will buy, but I still leave it up to them to learn how to use it. Of course I would answer their questions if they should want to ask.Please note here, Gift Certificates are returned if not spend within the expiration date, TCredits, once they are given are not returned if they are not used.

In my first few days as an affiliate, I experienced being overwhelmed by the huge information in the affiliate center and I feel like ohhh..where will I start? As I gain knowledge further and further, I develop the sense of orderliness in the way I approach my everyday tasks in SFI, here's what I did:

1. Visit the RED TABS one by one to earn points. You should not go to some other links because this will start information overload instead a quick view is good enough

2. After visiting the red tabs, go back to TO DO LISTS , see some other actions you've missed for your additional point for the day

3. And then think for some topics, either 1 or 2 topics depending on your available time. Focus on that topics you've selected and slowly absorb the things to be learned. Remember not to go to other links you've encounter so not to be mislead

4. The remainder time is for advertising and games for some extra rewards!

Firstly, I went full steam ahead when I joined, (because I already had an understanding of Online Multi-level Marketing), as such I was not too overwhelmed.

As for my Team Members – I am always available to help anyone (Team Members, a2a friends, or anyone who asks). I break the processes for working the business into manageable sections, showing them where to find information on things they need clarification on – using the marketing tools, training modules, LaunchPad Lessons etc or directing them to books and websites that may help (I even created a website for anyone to use based solely on SFI and my journey).

I ensure that I make contact with each new Affiliate with an email welcoming them and introducing myself – it also explains the importance of Fast Tracking (receiving the boost of the 200VP bonus as well as the Badge on their homepage). I also include a challenge as well as an offer that I am always available should they have any concerns to contact me – I am here to help. Because of this I have been able to work closely with my Team to help them overcome the hurdles they face - as they occur.

The information in SFI is really overwhelming to every member if he/she tries to to get hold of everything very fast. Let me tell you what i do to get rid of that

1. I have created a personal website where i have simplified the concept in to various levels i.e. Starter, Developing and developed.

2. In the the starter page I have noted only the selected actions which one new member must do without reading much information. I have provided them step by step by step in 5-6 points. This includes Fast track, Daily Actions, T Time etc.

3. In the Developing page , I teach them about team building. How the team building really makes them rich slowly but steadily. I team them with exact locations of advertising rather than providing them a general information. So then never have to think much.

4. In the developed page i teach them how to be a successful leader. The things they must do as a leader and they must not do as a leader.

So they never have to get through all the information's at a time but they will understand everything slowly without overwhelming.

The best approach is to take it one step at a time.

Pace the learning so that what ever is learnt helps. The first place to visit will be SFI Basics and understand the four steps explained. If you are overwhelmed by this then take the ultra-simple 3-step plan at the bottom of the page.

Next you must visit Launch Pad and go through the lessons at a comfortable pace whihc varies from person to person, even if you finish one lesson a day and understand it well it is excellent.

Once this is done it's time to use the information acquired through actions.

The actions should start with regular Daily Actions - these are designed to help you understand the various aspects of SFI business.

The next step is promotion and Team building, promotion should be two pronged SFI and TripleClicks as they are complimentary to each other and will attract a larger number of prospects.

The key is working consistently and persistently. Patience is required and instant results must not be expected.
