The benefit of receiving non active,re-assigned affiliates ( PSAs) from your upline is to help you build your geneology,first and foremost. I have read many responses with many opinions.

Most people are anxious to jump right in and start working on trying to motivate the non active affiliates by fire hosing them down with all the great detailed information to get them to go to work, but from past experiences,it is best to build your relationship with them first. Most are still trying to "raise the dead " out of an affiliate. After a while, when you have been in SFI long enough, you will realize that you don't need to spend a lot of time trying to motivate them. As their sponsor, you should help them, but you can only do that when they get in the receptive mode. They have to want your help, or feel as to though you really want to help them without any interior motive.If you do this right, they will eventually seek you out!

The best way to do that would be to communicate with them every month at least one time.Most people have their way of thinking that they know what to say, but that is not the case if you come off as persuasive, prodding or aggressive.You should have a relaxed care free attitude about it and this takes time, wisdom and good judgement.Do your geneolgy mail out and get your 30 Versapoints each month. If you want to do it each week , that would be your choice...but not mine.

You will have a chance to work on your Leadership and communication skills, which is the other great benefit of having re-assigned PSAs to you from your upline. Look at it as a blessing and not a curse because every one in your downline is important, whether they are active or not.Your focus is to be the best sponsor that you can be to your entire group.

I dont think there is any advantage or benefit in getting non-active, reassigned affiliates because you have to really work hard on them to make them active.

However if you try to join some new affiliates , then it is easy to motivate them as this is new for them but those people who have already quit or never login here , it is very very difficult to motivate or convince them to do some work.

Dont waste your energy and time for some people who are not serious about this.

There is absolutely no benefit from receiving non-active, re-assigned affiliates from your up-line.You do not even get 30 Versa-points a week, because you already get this for contacting your existing down-line.

Those people don't even sign in once a month, let alone once a week. They do not respond to your team-mails, your stream-messages or your emails. The points that they earned to make them transferable, was done so far back that it makes it impossible for you to transfer them back.

It is all very well to say that they are inactive because of a language problem. I don't believe that. They understood enough of the language in the first place to make 600 points. In that instance, they understand enough of the language to make 900 more.

First of all, I would say
"Something is better than nothing"
Following are the benefits of receiving non-active, re-assigned affiliates(PSAs) from your upline:
1. No doubt, you have received new PSAs whether they are active or inactive in your genealogy. Immediately, you send welcome letters to new Affiliates to joint in your team.
2. Earn 30 + 3 VP weakly by sending messages to motivate your new PSAs using "Stream" tab
3. Apply all the business lesson plans available in SFI including gift certificat to motivate your new PSAs at your best level. If your new PSAs come back actively, not only you, your upline will also get its benefit.

are very useful because you never know when one of them will start to work
One of my user is a month later began to account for a prior course never logged in the office.
It is useful to have inactive members once a week because you can send them an e-mail group and pick up 30 VP points.
You can also check some of your ability to persuade.
Some members will never start working so do not despair because there are always others who will.
You want to welcome everyone and give them instructions on how to do and you can not force anyone to give happiness in his hands.

Apart from the obvious benefits like extra VersaPoints for you with your weekly mail, practice with newsletter writing etc. re-assigning of a “non-active” PSA also holds a deeper, more personal value.

Since you and your up line, as well as you and your down line is one team, re-assigning is a team building exercise.

Your Team Leader wants more action from a “non-active” PSA. Among other reasons, because you proofed to him/her that you are an active, positive and motivated team member, he/she choose you to re-assign somebody to.

He/she sees possibility and he/she is confirming your potential as a successful SFI Affiliate. He/she shows trust in you.

You feel appreciated as part of his/her team and proud that you were chosen. This will motivated you to confirm, through action, your value in the team.

These positive feelings and trust relationships between up lines and down lines are adding value to SFI.

Remember how you feel each time you get the message that a new PSA has joined up in your team? What a rush! You feel exited and elated! It gives you a new purpose and drive!

And this good feeling motivates you to work hard in getting you new re-assigned PSA to start participating in the SFI program.

Immediately after you received the “non-active” PSA, sent a message, let your message reflect your excitement. A personal message showing sincere positive interest goes a long way to possibly get a spark going in your new “non-active” PSA!

This also keeps you sharp as a Sponsor and Team Leader. You want to proof to your Team Leader that he/she made the correct decision to re-assign to you. You want the new PSA to get active again since his/her participation in the team will add value to you and your up line, his/her re-started actions will be a way in which you give back to your Team Leader.

Remember that people in you down line keeps hope alive and challenges fresh.

Therefore re-assigning is not only a team building exercise but also an opportunity for you to grow in yourself as a person.

Did you notice that I use inverted commas when I talk about a “non-active” PSA? There is a reason for that.

Is a PSA that gained 600 VersaPoints in the last 90 days really “non-active”?

I have a PSA who log in maybe twice a week, but consistently. And after each log-in his VersaPoints grows with 10 points or more. He is now at 600 VersaPoints in about 3 weeks! Slow yes, but not “in-active” and surely not on his way to the opt-out list. Why would he bother logging in and doing something if he did not decided to stay with us?

If they did not yet opted-out, hope is alive and kicking!

In summary, careful, well thought-through re-assigning of a “non-active” PSA, add value to you, to the re-assigned, to your up line and at the end of the day to SFI.

The benefit of receiving non-active, re-assigned affiliates (PSAs) from my upline is enormous. It not only proved to me that my upline cares for me to be successful but to give me first hand training in being a leader.

It gives me a chance to practice my writing skills by sending a group message every week, in return earning 120 VP in a month.

The weekly messages to my non-active, re-assigned affiliates is an excellent personal training in communication for the time will come when my team will grow and the habit is already formed. It will become a pleasure especially when one in-active, re-assigned PSA finally sees the Big Picture in building SFI business and says, "Aha!"

The added benefit of pride and pleasure at seeing the result of my efforts in reaching out to them to finally commit to building a very successful and sustainable SFI business is like finding a diamond while gold-digging.

Receiving non-active, re-assigned affiliates (PSAs) from your upline is indeed frustrating especially if you are just starting with SFI. But at the end of the day, it is your ATTITUDE that matters the most. You can take it as a setback and be discouraged or you can use it as a motivating factor to be hopeful and never give up. And of course, choosing the latter will only help your resolve to be successful and stronger as a person. Don't let the bad things weigh you down but focus instead and hope for better things to come. Because if you do, it will definitely come. But choosing the former will only make you another loser.

That is a very good question, I personally re-assign only active affiliates or affiliates who have just joined SFI. However, something to consider is that active affiliates can become non-active at any point. When this happens you should still try to motivate them to become active and be a good leader.

When you receive non-active affiliates from your Upline it can be beneficial to you because you will now have gifted PSAs to lead. You will have the opportunity to gain leadership experience in your SFI business by motivating a team, sending newsletters, team messages, stream posts and maintaining a leadership page.

While you motivate your team and try to assist them to build their SFI business, you will also learn more about the company. When you strive to lead by example, this will result in you becoming more successful in this business. So basically, you will learn and advance by helping your non-active and active PSAs by doing what you are teaching them.

You should remember that these non-active PSAs can become active at any point. They could decide to give the business a chance based on changes in their lives, new acquired knowledge about SFI or other reasons. You might also send the right information or ask the right questions to motivate them example, what their goals are or what area of the business they are interested in and how you can assist them in achieving their goals. Some persons are not interested in the leadership and team building aspects of this business. Send messages highlighting the different opportunities in SFI and TripleClicks to show them that they have options.

In addition, you will also gain 30 Versa Points for sending weekly team messages and 3 Versa Points for submitting at least 3 stream posts per week.
