I would start by asking them WHY they joined in the first place. This question will help to reveal their wants, needs, aspirations, and dreams.

Some of the top reasons might be that they are looking to make a few extra bucks a month to help supplement their current income, gain financial independence to live a better lifestyle, be home to raise their children themselves.

Try to find the REAL reason! Don't settle for the general reasons like make money or work from home. Find

Hi Bolajoko,

This excellent question has no single correct answer. There are many tools and resources you can bring to bear when trying to inspire your team members to keep going.

These can include, but certainly are not limited to:

- Communication
It is vitally important to maintain continual, positive communication with your team. This allows them to see and realize that you are real and that you care about their success. You can share different tips or

First you must determine exactly why he is quitting. Has he lost confidence in you, the business, or himself?

If you feel that he is quitting because you did not live up to his idea of an ideal sponsor, find out where you "failed". Can you rectify it? Do you need to be more human, real? While beginning a relationship at this point may not keep him in, the relationship will cement him in if you can convince him to stay.

Is it the business that is at fault? Is there

Thank you for this timely question! Every affiliate must bear in mind that he'll never find anything else that is real and that will last any easier out there. SFI already has a 15 year track record of success. If he's not succeeding, it's not because the system is faulty, but that he's not doing enough of the right things that will bring success. He must also know that those experiencing success now never found it easier. Many of them have been here for years! If they gave up so soon, we won't be

It is important to help your affiliate understand the business concept first.

What I have experience is that many people thought that this is a get rich quickly sceme or just an oppertunity to get some easy bucks.

Most people expect others do do the work for them, but everybody wants to benefit at the end of the day.

Let people understand that this is a work and that their must be some kind of commitment to succeed.

See it as something you plant in your

I would do my very best to find out exactly what the affiliate was having problems with and why they want to give-up.

I would then reassure them that whatever the problem is, may it be money issues, or having problems understanding certain topics or whatever the issue that is causing doubt within the affiliate, that "Don't Worry", we will get over this speed bump in the path of your journey for success "Together".

I would do my very best to find the answers

Hello Bolajoko great question
If one of your team members does not want to continue his or her business you could try to convince them to stay by showing them the benefits of SFI compared to other types of businesses online https://www.sfimg.com/ReviewSIM/SFIComparisonChart.pdf as well as our compensation plan https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan then you could also tell them about your success so far with SFI and explain that it takes time and some efforts as well as persistence and dedication

Bolajoka, this a good question and I'm sure you will get a lot of answers with various opinions on this one.

Trying to convince an affiliate giving up on SFI to continue in the business is indeed a great challenge. The thing you have to realize is that they can quit or opt out anytime. This is a sensitive situation and you have to learn how to handle it tactfully. The best way is to prepare yourself very well, for it is going to happen a lot in this business.

I said that to prepare

I feel , showing your own achievement's is only way.

We have affiliates from different countries ,from different walk of life and with different culture and attitude.

I always add my team members to my Facebook friends list and I always share my and my team's achievements on Facebook.

If someone has decided to quit SFI, it's difficult to convince them at that point of time. But being in my Facebook friend's list and regularly getting updates of my and my team's success

There was a person on the forum who was ready to quit. I could tell by what he had written that he didn't understand because he was not really English speaking. He even said his English was not good. I told him that he should get a translator first and see if that helped him because he would be missing out on a lot if he quit. He sent me a message back and told me that he had gotten a translator and now he was excited because he could understand the training.

This is one example, but I
