I am motivating my team by...
1) being close to them:
- I provide them with lots of information to help and support them;
- I provide for motivational videos or links to supportive posts in the forum;
- I answer all of their questions in taking the necessary time to look for the best possible answer always;
- I review my genealogy every day so that I can see any of their achievement and Congratulate them for each little step along the

I have several things I use to help motivate my Team:

1. Personal message (seperate to the automated one that gets sent) introducing myself and offering an immediate incentive if they Fast Track and giving them some specific ideas to help them Fast Track.

2. Weekly Email with congratulations for those in our Team that have achieved goals such as EA, EA2, TL etc, as well as a WEEKLY TIP (something I have found that is helpful for affiliates to grow their business).

To get success in SFI , It is very important to keep your team motivated while they are facing the real struggle in team building. There are some ways i follow to motivate my team and it has worked for me. Hope they will work for you

To motivate my team I create a few emails on various subjects written from my point of view.

Then hold personal, no auto-responder, conversations with each person.

Advertising and a list of places that have worked for me is usually my first conversation by email, then offer unlimited help with any questions they want any time of day.
I create personal emails and text ads for any people who need it.

There are so many ways to motivate your team to stay active with SFI,

1. Teach them what you have learn so far in SFI

2. Answer any question your team ask you as soon as possible, if you do not know the answer to they question being asked tell them and ask for time to research and get back to them it will show you really care. and please do get back to them.

3. lead by example. what ever you achieve teach them to do so and let them achieve what you have achieved.

This is a great question! I've been doing a couple of weekly mails to my team on effective team building methods and I'll give a summary of them here and I hope you find it helpful:

1. SEND A WELCOME LETTER: This is very important. When you sponsor a new affiliate and have them join your team, you need to welcome them as a sponsor and give them a little guide on what they need to do. Use several things as a challenge :

1. Send out a weekly Team e-mail with instructions on how to maintain the achieved status

Lead by example. Do exactly what you expect them to do.

Yes organizing contest and giving out TCredits,Gift Cards,Reassignments are all good but in order to get them actively involved,it is advisable to get these 4 'must have' Badges for a start as a Leader to fire their desire to get one themselves.

You have lots of tools within SFI to motivate your team, as:

1. Offer them some gifts. Like TCredits, $10 Gift Voucher, PSA Assignments etc.

2. Communicate with them using Skype to guide them by audio/video facility. It will save time giving faster results, creating trust/friendship and motivating them.
