I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

I believe you should never give up on anyone. I have had people come in after several months of inactivity. It could be they saw a great opportunity and acted on it only to find they couldn't follow through right then through no fault of their own. When sending our mailers, it takes no extra effort to include everyone, both PSA's and CSA's regardless of their time in the business.
I do send individual emails to my workers, but keep watch for any that are just starting up. You can easily keep

You would be surprised how persistence and continual emails sometimes work. I am a perfect example of such. I didn't really start working with SFI until I received about 20 emails. It was because of that persistence that I found SFI. Sure, I regret not getting right to work because I missed out on the fast track, but knowing now what I didn't know then, I know that persistence is key.

I personally never give up on my CSAs/PSAs. Many of them may not fully understand the way SFI works and it may take some time for them to do so, which is why great patience is needed. Try sending out short instructions at least every week based on Launchpad etc. This way they are learning a little at a time with no pressure. This way some will eventually get moving and may turn out to be STARS in your team. NEVER give up on them. Hope this helps. Seamus.

Yes, you should work with the workers. The essence of leveraged income plays its part there. As far as you are in business, you should never stop your follow-up messages. SFI has set the pace for you, by awarding you 30 versapoints a week for sending these messages. This is motivation, but you shouldn't stop here. Do more than that. Send the messages through SFI, through private mail, through sms and if need be through making direct calls. Try also to change how you address the CSAs and PSAs, language,

Never Give up. You will succeed sure if you will put your efforts.
PSA/CSA are essential part of your team, its your responsibility to encourage them, to give them right direction, get them understand what is the system, what they should do? You should send them message via genealogy , if they don't logging in SFI then mail them personally 3-4 times in a week about any good news of SFI like you got any achievement or won auction in least prize or any updates of SFI. Best way to make them active

I know what you are going through, I have the same struggle myself, but this is what I have learned:

Duplication keep sending out those emails every week without fail, and remember if you can get 5 people under you, that have your work ethics, and your desires to succeed in this business, and the urge to make money, and work on a team. Then your good-to go.

But it is that struggle sometimes, for instance, you know when your going through your own emails, there are some that

I believe we shouldn't give up on anyone. Most times we don't know why a PSA/CSA is inactive and they could be several reasons why. Most times it's because they thought it was some easy money program and after they see their 1st commission, they give up! Some are skeptical and for some others, they are simply overwhelmed by the SFI system and are not sure what direction to follow. As long as they haven't opt out of SFI, they still receive messages from SFI and we should keep reaching out to them

In my opinion, there are no definite count of times that you need to impose to give up emailing or contacting those PSAs/CSAs that are inactive.

You can send follow-up emails to inactive PSAs/CSAs, say twice a month. I think this is not too many nor too scarce. Don’t give them up on your own volition. SFI would normally provide enough time before they are given notice for non-active members. Try to exhaust all means of communications, that is, thru email, thru their phones if they
