Let me advise you first what Tcredits and Tcurrency are and what they are not:
a.) Tcredits and Tcurrency are both virtual cash equivalents created by SFI/TripleClicks to enable its affiliates to purchase, sell and engage in other trading transactions with SFI, TripleClicks, ECAs, PRMs and co-affiliates.
b.) Tcredits and Tcurrency can only be used with SFI and TripleClicks business transactions. Outside of SFI and TripleClicks, they are not acceptable as financial instruments and therefore, could not be used since its purchasing power resides in SFI/TC only.
c.) Both Tcredits and Tcurrency cannot be used by SFI/TripleClicks for payment to its suppliers if the latter are not PSAs, CSAs, PRMs and/or team leaders of SFI/TripleClicks.
Their differences are:
1.) Tcredits are basically created to serve as virtual cash for affiliates to purchase and sell physical goods, digital products, services, etc. within TripleClicks store of SFI.
2.) On SFI/TripleClicks part, Tcredits are used to reward its affiliates of EZ game prizes, incentives for affiliates efforts towards promoting SFI and TripleClicks, etc.
3.) Tcredits could be purchased by affiliates for purposes mentioned above but they expire within one year from the date of purchase.
4.) Practically, everything could be purchased by using Tcredits within SFI/TC business facilities except for TripleClicks Seller License which should be purchased outright by cash or by credit card.
5.) In the case of Tcurrency, it cannot be used to purchase the TripleClicks Seller license, too. It needs cash purchase. Therefore, both the Tcredits and the Tcurrency don’t have purchasing power over TripleClicks Seller License.
6.) On the other hand, Tcurrency is created by SFI/TC to enable its ECAs to act as authorized SFI/TC agents thru its Local Pay Program in their respective countries to enable ECAs to sell/purchase SFI/TC products to its constituents using the local currency as its medium of currency exchange to purchase TCurrency. The Local Pay Merchants are allowed to mark-up certain percentage of service fee in selling Tcurrency to its local affiliates or local users, up to a limit of 15% mark-up.
7.) Unlike Tcredits, Tcurrency does not have expiration date. Therefore, you can purchase any value of Tcurrency without worry of its expiration date unless SFI/TC announces or modifies its duration usage and/or its validity usage.
8.) Unlike Tcredits which cannot be used to purchase Tcurrency, the latter can purchase Tcredits.
9.) Affiliates can only buy T-Credits direct from TripleClicks but cannot sell it to his co-affiliates, regardless of country locations.
10.) Affiliates cannot buy Tcurrency direct from TripleClicks unless he is an ECA-affiliate. It is from ECA-affiliate or ECA only where you can purchase Tcurrency.
11.) TripleClicks only sells Tcurrency to its authorized ECA-affiliates or ECAs only.
12.) TripleClicks and its US-based affiliates and US-based ECAs are not allowed to buy and sell Tcurrency because their currency is U.S. Dollar for which Tcurrency uses as its medium of currency exchange. Tcurrency is only sold and used outside of U.S. territories.
13.) You can transfer Tcredits to your PSAs & CSAs but not Tcurrency. The alternate option for financial support to your PSAs/CSAs is SFI gift certificate.
14.) You can buy Tcredits with your earned MRPs but not with Tcurrency.
15.) You can participate directly on any EZ games and PB auctions using Tcredits but not with Tcurrency. You have to buy Tcredits first with your Tcurrency before you can do so.
16.) At the moment, PB winnings could be convertible to Tcredits value, if opted by the winner, but not with Tcurrency.
17.) Both Tcredits and Tcurrency don’t have re-sell value to affiliates for profit motive purposes other than for team building and promotional incentive purposes.
