I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

I personally never give up on my CSAs/PSAs. Many of them may not fully understand the way SFI works and it may take some time for them to do so, which is why great patience is needed. Try sending out short instructions at least every week based on Launchpad etc. This way they are learning a little at a time with no pressure. This way some will eventually get moving and may turn out to be STARS in your team. NEVER give up on them. Hope this helps. Seamus.
Why do so many people join SFI and then do nothing...and what should I do about this?

Some join because they think its easy money, when they find its not they give up. Others get confused after a short time and decide to stop trying. Others are lazy and dont want to devote the time and effort to learn and do. Then there are those who become your diomonds, they are your workers who are determined to make a success of SFI and are willing to spend time, effort and money to do so. These are the ones you should really concentrate on helping to grow their business as they will make you rich over time. That does not mean you neglect the ones who are not working at it. Keep in contact with them at least once a week by sending out team mail tips and ideas that may move some of them to get active. It seems to work for me. Hope this helps. Seamus.

I get very good results from Trafficswarm. Do a search on Google for paid advertising sights, lots will come up, just choose the one that you think you can make use of.
