The best way to inspire your team is to communicate, but it goes further than just communication. It's how you communicate and I'm not saying by phone or email, but in your tone. You have to be excited about what you are doing and they need to hear that. Excitement breeds excitement. So you have to be excited when you talk about how you are making money and how much you are making.
People are visual people and need to see something. So start with the easiest ways to make money so that they see income coming in. Then go to the referrals and marketing side. You have to lead by example. That means that you have to tell them or show them what you are doing to make this business work for you. You can't tell them to do something that you are not doing yourself.
I focus on telling my team to start with the 1500VP and how easy it is to make money. Once they start to see how easy it is then they will want to venture out and learn what else they can do to make more money.

Make everyone in the team feel important, by sending them a message every once in a while to show them that they are important and as a team leader you do exist. Give rewards for them when they reach specific levels and reward the best affiliate in your team at the end of every month.
