I do think that a co-op is a great support mechanism but the affiliate must also show some level of motivation. The co-op would definitely motivate me because I am in this for the long haul. So when I run my co-op I will be looking for like-minded individuals that is committed to their business. It is all working your way to the individuals that want help and have a desire to succeed.

Be genuine and build a true relationship with them. Do not let it be about the money or what they can do for you, but instead what you can do for them.
