Without any doubt,we must help our associates and never think at which generations they come.As a senior leader, helping newer members is our professional, moral and real duty. Not only our downlines,we must help any sfi member, who is in need of my help . It is the only way we can prove ourselves that we are the real leaders of SFI.SFI helps us in so many ways. This is the only way that we can help SFI.

I would definitely say Yes, Follow them.
When you entered as a newbie think about it, would it be great to be contacted by an upline member, Sure, Yes! I would have been! I can tell you that after my first month I was personaly contacted and congratulated by Gary for my good job and I got Co-Sponsors more than usual! I can asure you that it gave me more punch, energy, motivation!

I thought waouah it's a very good company where several people in the upline take time to email you.

While the primary responsibility for your 2nd generation is their sponsor and co-sponsor, any help that you give will make your team stronger. Sending a team message to the whole team shares knowledge that they might not get otherwise. Every one of us has knowledge and experiences that are unique to us. Some part of that might be just what the affiliates in the downline need to thrive. It is therefore alright to help the 2nd, 3rd etc generations. That might in the end be the best way you can

If they are part of your genealogy, then they are members of your team and you should support them in every way you can! You are their Upline Support Team Leader and the reason you are provided with such information as their Title, Monthly and Total VersaPoints, last Login date etc, is so you can provide appropriate support to them using the Genealogy Group Mailer and Team Mail.

You may not make Direct Commissions from their purchases like you do from your PSAs, but you can make matching

Absolutely! You are their upline leader and as such they all look to you for guidance. Now I definitely concur that your 2G has a capable mentor/teacher/leader/friend because you helped trained them! Don't steal their thunder! Let them shine and lead their team. It shows them that you have confidence and trust in their abilities.

Think of it as a organization. There's corporate, Area Managers, District Managers, then Store level managers. Corporate rarely shows up at the store!

Absolutely! Send out your Team Mail each week to everyone on your Team! If they require help, give it to them. This will make your Team stronger and help so that they don't feel they are working this alone. AND it will help you in the long run!

For Sure! Be the best sponsor you can be to your whole team. If I see that someone has earned something or achieved a new goal, I email them. I also watch to see who is online, and always send a message of appreciation and let them know I care and I am there for them. I get emails from several generations below number one. When I answer an email,I mention their sponsor and how appreciative I am to have both the sponsor and them in my downline. Then I send their sponsor a copy of the email or at least

REACH OUT! You don't know if their sponsor is not being lazy and worthless.

This is an excellent question! You should certainly reach out to the affiliates on your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc generations, since you are part of their upline support team. Even though we all compete to be at the top of the VP leaderboard, we all benefit from supporting our fellow SFI affiliates.

In addition, supporting Generations 2-6 and so forth is an excellent idea for those affiliates who become Team Leaders because they earn matching VP on all EA2s in their downline through the 6th

Yes ...Reach out to all of your affliates on all generations You will be building your downline in the process and helping a lot of your afffililates to become successful. This will definitely decrease your attrition rate in the process, causing a lot of your affliates to stay active, motivated and not quit because they will have too much to lose...

Thanks
