Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?

REACH OUT! You don't know if their sponsor is not being lazy and worthless.

How can I best respond to an affiliate who feels they worked hard but are unhappy with their first commission?

I got my first commission payment 2 days ago--and it opened my eyes. It has shown me that I need to shift my focus away from sponsoring and much more onto the Tripleclicks auction aspect of the business. I now concentrate on placing ads (and banners) that feature Pricebender auctions and potential customer/clients using the "garage sale" angle, on free and inexpensive online sites. I plan to rotate these ads between sites.

I have affiliates who are inactive. Is it a good idea or bad idea to reassign them to my active affiliates?

Am a new SFI affiliate. To me, is a BAD idea. My sponsor, saying that he was "rewarding" me for my quick progress, has saddled me with a bunch of dormant referrals who are simply deadwood. Makes me think he doesn't value or respect me. Wish SFI would just drop them.

What do you personally envision for your future with SFI?

I plan to become proficient (and with enough surplus income) to directly help others in here.

I see the wealthy and highly-placed people appearing to hide behind high-sounding slogans (for instance: "give a person a fish, he eats once, but teach him to fish, he can do for himself") But their "teaching" is in the form of a sterile e-book which doesn't address a reader's resources and which the reader has to decipher through the lends of lesser experience and triumphs.

To me, it takes patience, prudence and pragmatism.

I've just started and presently have limited resources. As enthusiastic as I am about SFI, I invest a lot of time but am prudent and practical about money. Aside from the Co-op here, there are pay-per-click sites like Adfly. Since SFI is free to join and Tripleclicks is an auction medium, even the cheapest quality traffic can be effective. Adfly costs as little as six (American) dollars for 15,000 people clicking on and viewing your ad. Other sites that offer a variety of advertising choices are Planet Traffic and Donkeymails.

Where can SFI affiliates find good items to sell in their TripleClicks ECA store?

You can get an idea of who and what works by visiting other auctions. See which items are more plentiful--and which vendor is making the offerings.

What's the best answer to give your affiliates when they ask you how to be successful with SFI without investing any money?

Then they need to RECRUIT--and hope.

Such people must share their referral pages (for Tripleclicks and SFI) as often as possible.

Especially the "garage sale" feature where they can, after becoming a member, sell personal items to the world.

The more interest they create, the more who join, these need to be made to see potential profit of numbers (of affiliates). Perhaps one of more recruits might be a natural salesperson and able to recruit and encourage

How do you get your Sponsor/Team Leaders to respond to you?

I get my sponsor's/TL's attention and response through my consistent activity and when I address comments they make in the Team mail. I read EVERYTHING and have no problem letting my upline know my sentiments.

I have many affiliates in my genealogy that haven't been active for weeks. Should I just ignore them?

I'd send a short "test" email of introduction to all of them and request a return response. I'd also monitor their accounts for growth. If there is no response and/or no growth, I'd turn my energies elsewhere.
