Sponsor/Team Leaders are always very busy. They send TeamMails and appear in forums regularly. But these are all routine affairs. They only try to educate and clear the doubts of their downline affiliates, if not, SFI team as a whole. They neither expect regular replies nor it is possible for them to answer each and every question of the affiliates. Only the scoreboard speaks and if an affiliate regularly earns versa points he or she will surely get appreciation from the Sponsor/Team Leaders.

The best way to get anybody to notice/respond to you is to strive toward excellence. Good sponsors monitor their teams activity. As written in the rules of success - work with the workers! So if you want your sponsor to respond to you then make EA and do everything to keep it! If You want to get noticed and responded to by Your Sponsor and Your Team Leaders, just "go out" and get Your self on to the number one position on the VP Leader Board.
Although, I would say, any position above 15 will get their notice too.

It's a shame that this is an actual issue, any good sponsor should notice a mover and any of their downline that is willing to put some work in their business and contact them and offer their support, if this is not the case then your actions should speak for themselves, send your sponsor emails, ask questions, keep showing that you're interested and you will be noticed.

You need to be an active affiliate to be noticed. Engage your Sponsor/Team Leaders as much as possible by sending e-mails to them. You need to STAND OUT in front of the many affiliates that the sponsors/uplines might have.

First thing put face on your business. Let your sponsor know you personally. Attched your photo in your profile. This will give impression that he is dealing with you personally. Second thing, impress him by showing great actions. As a sponsor, you too are interested to see active affiliates and you get interested with them. Third thing, if you would like to send messages to your sponsor it should be related to the business and ask in a professional way. Don't ask something which answer is already

I usually communicate with my sponsor through e-mails and through the social networking site FACEBOOK.

My sponsor and I were in the same country so sometimes if I have questions to be answered, I used to send her a text message or call her immediately if she doesn't reply in my message.

The least you can do is to remain ACTIVE every day [ it does

I get my sponsor's/TL's attention and response through my consistent activity and when I address comments they make in the Team mail. I read EVERYTHING and have no problem letting my upline know my sentiments.
