The best way to evaluate is registering with as many traffic exchanges as possible and keep a detailed database. This database should be regularly updated depending on response received. A graphical presentation will reveal the ups and downs. Now rate the traffic exchanges on the basis of more or less steady growth and you get your answer.
How do you get your Sponsor/Team Leaders to respond to you?

Sponsor/Team Leaders are always very busy. They send TeamMails and appear in forums regularly. But these are all routine affairs. They only try to educate and clear the doubts of their downline affiliates, if not, SFI team as a whole. They neither expect regular replies nor it is possible for them to answer each and every question of the affiliates. Only the scoreboard speaks and if an affiliate regularly earns versa points he or she will surely get appreciation from the Sponsor/Team Leaders.
How can I best respond to an affiliate who feels they worked hard but are unhappy with their first commission?

The affiliate feels unhappy just because he thinks that the first commission did not match his expectations. He should be encouraged with the proverb 'Rome was not built in a day'. Advise him to analyze his own activities, compare the same with the SFI tips, rate his own score and work with more vigour and energy.
Tell him that behind the success stories of most of the world leaders are series of failures but they remained undaunted and moved towards the goal. He should also be encouraged and convinced by regular support with series of teammails with all sorts of positive approaches.
Let us not forget that when an affiliate complains it means he has the zeal, may be he is running a bit short of the proper direction. So he is the right person to be nurtured with care.

I have affiliates come to me for help who are not part of my team--should I help them or send them away?

When I find an affiliate coming to me for help I am honoured because he has chosen me for the same. My duty is to support him or her by all means. I prefer not to use the word 'help' because it smells pride. Now comes the question 'what is the best kind of help I can provide?' The answer is simple. I have to explore all the opportunities for the person and provide guidance in a very simple way such that it is attractive and informative. By providing help I am actually helping myself.
I have affiliates who are inactive. Is it a good idea or bad idea to reassign them to my active affiliates?

Inactivity may be of two types, temporary inactivity for a short period or marked inactivity for a pretty long period. For the Affiliates falling in the first group, encouragement with a little bit of sympathetic and healing touch may work out miracles; but those who fall in the second group may have lost interest and their actions may be irreversible. The activities of the affiliates may be minutely judged and decision should be taken thereafter. Little bit of boost up to the rightly chosen person is always good.

What attitudes make the difference between achieving mediocrity and success?
Affiliate since: 08/06/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
Ambition and self respect keep a person away from the belief that he or she can ever be a mediocre. Tenacity and hard work are the key tools to success. First, I must make up my mind to think, 'if others can do, why not I'? This is the first step where achievement starts. Once we start achieving, success will beam at the horizon.
So, let us have a positive attitude and put our humble contribution daily. It will automatically accumulate to success.
