I've seen it SO many times in SFI; on the rankings page, if you are 10VP behind the person above you in your class/country, then you somehow find 11VP so that you can overtake them. It's actually a lot of fun. As long as the prize available is genuinely attractive for your team, then I think you might be very surprised how effective a little competition can be!
Now if ten of your team are competing to outdo each other then it benefits ALL of you!
Good luck with it and please let us know what you tried, and how it went, in the Forum!

I think you can have a lot of benefits by organizing a contest for your downline.
First, people like participating games and eveyone likes to win. So, that will make them more competitive which will bring them more VP points and more matching points for you.
Second, people feel you care about them, that willke them loyal to you.
Third, to every member of mine who reach EA2 I give $2.00 gift certificate to become W3 member. Why? They feel special and motivated. It is less likely they will give up as they have something they will get every month and you are participating W3 prize drawings (this week I just won 50 TC as a W3 runner up). This $2.00 gift certificate game is my ever lasting contest.
If you have any possibilities, I would suggest you to organize a contest for your downline. Good luck!

Organizing contest is a very positive way to encourage affiliates to strive and perform at a higher level, if not the best.
In this way, active affiliates have the chance to achieve their SFI goals faster as they seek ways to learn and gain additional skills and knowledge to win the contest.
The contest is also a very good way to open the channel communication and building trust between the leader and the team members. By recognizing team members that worked hard during the competition, will be inspiration to other as well to achieve more and win next time around.
The affiliates can also share their recognition and participation with network, family and friends who may then become interested in joining SFI.

Organizing a contest for your downline can help in encouraging and making them more active. This can also form a bond among your affiliates thus inspiring them to have a friendly competition which in turn is good for your SFI business.
