I have never had a response from a message sent to my sponsor, nor have I received a message related to my business from my sponsor. I thought I had a problem until I posted my dismay to the Forum.
All the answers made it clear that this is my business. It was there I started learning that the training and help provided by SFI is absolutely more than enough to help me be successful. One of the SFI text ads values the SFI Training at $295, and I think that value is too low.
Taking the LaunchPad course truly supplies anyone with the SFI basics to success. Some think there is too much information there. That's what the SFI Basics button is for. Get back to the basics, understand the basics, and very soon the LaunchPad is worth it's weight in gold.
Then all you have to do to become an SFI expert is refine your knowledge by reading the information under "Training", "Marketing", and "Leaders" to become aware of the unlimited possibilites for building an economically sustaining business.
So being a good Sponsor is much more important than having a non-communicative Sponsor.

Instead of waiting for your sponsor to contact you, why not take the first move? Send messages to remind her/him that you're there and needing his/her support. I'm pretty sure you'll get there in the end.
Do What I Do, and give them the lowest rating possible, without sacrificing your ability to earn the monthly vp for doing so.
Talk to other affiliates that have been around for a while. You would be pleasantly surprised at some of the info you can garner from them, at no cost.
Now Why Would They Do That you might ask?
Because we are all in the same boat. Some have better boats, and sometimes they need crew members to assist them in keeping it afloat.
Network with those that you feel may be able to assist you.
Get what you need, Free when you can.
This is a great community, and thats why I'm still here.
Make use of all the social tools that are provided to you without additional costs or commitments.

I have not received one single message ever from my sponsor which is a shame but you can send a message to the other members in your upline and ask for advice, or even just to say Hi and let them know you are here.
If your sponsor is not responding then forget them, move on and be the best sponsor you can be for your team.
Don't expect your upline to run this business for you. There is plenty of other help out there, you just need to ask. Try the forum, I've found this to be an invaluable source of information because it comes from people who have had the same experiences and overcome them.
But..make sure you are the best upline for your affiliates. I treat all my affiliates as business partners and friends. I never refer to them as my downline.
No contact from sponsor? You become the Leader of your own destiny! Buckle Up and Learn and yes you will make mistakes, as I have! But we learn from those mistakes. Grab a friend from a2a and work as a Team! Go to Forums and read and learn from others that have been there and done that! You can do it! Have Faith in yourself and you will Find a way and Succeed!
Try Communicating with your sponsor using the SFI A2A, it is more direct than email and as they should be logging in daily so you may be able to catch them that way. It is often difficult with different world times for direct contact, so try leaving a message requesting a time that suits you both. If Not (as suggested by others here) try contacting other members of your up-line, or there is always help and answers for you in the SFI Forum. Good Luck. Take Care. Enjoy!
I think it´s imperative that a sponsor communicates with thier affiliates, but when they are not there then you go thru the chain of command and work with your co-sponor. When there is no help from your co-sponsor then you can consider using the forum, which I think is asbsolutely great and full of resource.
