I would reply to them as though you were speaking to a friend in the same room. Explain that you want them to do well and will support them all the way but they must understand that no business is built overnight and they need to work hard for a few months to build momentum.
I advise my affiliates that they should study all the marketing resources available, familiarise themselves with Tripleclicks and how they and their downline can benefit from it and if they follow all the advice then there is no reason why they should not be in profit.

Hi Marlene,
Yes, good old tyre kickers as we call them. They sign up, don't make a load of money in a week or two so they vanish.
Nothing wrong with checking the 'last sign in date' in your genealogy section and send a reminder of all the benefits etc but after that then forget them.
Your active members are your business and your future, regards, Mal.

I have not received one single message ever from my sponsor which is a shame but you can send a message to the other members in your upline and ask for advice, or even just to say Hi and let them know you are here.
If your sponsor is not responding then forget them, move on and be the best sponsor you can be for your team.
How would you motivate someone who is interested in SFI but lacks computer knowledge?

You really don't need to be a PC wiz to do this but if it was me then I would ask a friend to show me how to compose a few lines in Word and the basics of copy and paste, also maybe how to use a database to store your sales/affiliate lists etc.
