SFI has a lot of support options available to you 24/7 besides your sponsors and co-sponsors. So you can always find help when you need it.
First of all, there's the help desk, where you can get help within 24 hours, and the forum where you can often get help within a few minutes of posting.
Have you tried your other upline members?
If you go to the "growth" tab, you'll find lots of leaders on the right hand side of the page who will be willing to help you as they help their own team mates.
We all are here to help, even if you're not on our team. Helping others helps us all. So never be afraid to ask.

If your sponsor doesn't communicate with you then you just have to go it all alone. As often said in such situation, you are here in this business to make money for yourself, of course helping others in the process like your downlines, but it's only you who's responsible for yourself. The best thing you can do is follow what is being laid down by SFI for you to do. Since they're mostly user-friendly instructions, I believe we can do it easily. There's also the support team which religiously answers questions. They're the people you go to if your sponsor isn't there. Then there's Gery, our CEO, who's always willing to give us the much needed info/answers and he does it fast too. And last but not the least, there's Ray and a host of "master" in this business who are always ready to give their answers in the Alerts page. Hey! No sponsor to help you, go to those guys. They're always ready.

I can honestly say that most of what I know about marketing online I learned from SFI. And that is true even though I have only had maybe 11 contacts with my sponsor in 11 years. But I didn't let that slow me down, and you don't have to either.
SFI provides so many other places to find help that you could actually get by very well without your sponsor. But it is helpful to be able to talk to someone who knows the ropes and can teach you the tips and tricks you need to make your SFI business easier.
This very column (Ask SC) is one of the best ideas SFI has ever had. There are answers to questions even old timers have always wondered about and just didn't know how exactly how to ask!
The Forum is a great resource, as is the new Help Desk. You can find people in A2A who are in your area and band together to help each other. There is enough material in the Affiliate Center to keep you busy for the next 5 years. Gery himself has answered my long frustrated emails in the past. And don't forget your cosponsor, who has a vested interest in your success.
SFI has provided everything you need. You can do this!

Hi,As mentioned here in the forum some of the answers to your question will get you through. Hang in there my friend you will definitely get the grasp of the business with all your other Affiliate friends advice.
If your sponsor is never communicated with you, try sending them an e-mail. Then someone to your Co-Sponsor affiliate and other members of your up line. I would also send an e-mail to SFI if you can still not reach her sponsor and let them know that this sponsor is being irresponsible and non-communicative. Amazingly, when I get that I started getting e-mails from my sponsor.
But whatever the situation keep working your business. Do all your daily tasks. Use TripleClicks, go to the Pricebender auction and just carry on as if you had a sponsor that was paying attention.
Remember, the rest of us are here for you. Find some friends through A2A and use them for help. There is a lot of help available on SFI, all you have to do is ask!

Sponsor communication is not the most important thing.
First thing is to read the training provided by SFI because it is far more complete and readily available day or night.
Re-read the launch pads and remember to read all the basics and intermediate steps also. Amy real questions you have can be asked to the affiliate help line or on the forum.
Try your upline and don't obsess over the absent sponsor as you will succeed without them.
The wonderful thing about SFI is that they have such a varied support system. Look how many answers you are getting now without your sponsor.
You have an upline above your sponsor. Go up as high as you need to get questions answered. Those people want to see you succeed. There success depends on the success of people like you in their downline.
I see you a member of A2A. Find a few members that have been with SFI for a few years and are working their business and use them as a resource.
Look for answers on the Forum. Many times I find what I am looking for there.
Whatever you do, don't let an inactive sponsor make you inactive. You are not alone in your SFI business. Just commit to spending a bare minimum of 30 minutes a day learning and, in time, you will succeed.

When your sponsor refuses to communicate with you this is a sign of bad leadership and unprofessionalism in any industry. However, as an affiliate you are solely responsible for your growth, development, and success as an entrepreneur. Now here is what you can do to ensure that the lack of communication does not result in discouragement or giving up. First, use all resources provided by SFI including
