Free advertising does work, but where paid advertising costs you money, free advertising costs you time. Whether you choose classified ads, article marketing, or some other free marketing technique, you need to be prepared to spend several hours each week on this task. It will require more patience than paid advertising, but for those that have little cash to invest, this option will still allow you to build your business without breaking the bank.
How do you keep your affilliates motivated when they don't make any money their first month?

Numerous people who sign up as an SFI affiliate are just curious and are not really ready to commit to the disciplines required to make this business work. These types of people may not respond no matter what you do.
On the other hand you have those that sign up and you couldn't stop them if you tried. They just get it from day one and are on fire to succeed no matter what it takes.
But for many new affilates you they truly want to succeed with the SFI opportunity, but they just need a little encouragement to help them along. You can offer to give them "Freebies" for consistently logging in and getting their daily points. You can use a few Tcredits, a Co-op or a gift certificate as a reward.
A pat on the back goes a long way, as I have learned from my sponsor. On many occassions I have pushed a little harder because he dangled a "carrot" in front of my nose. By meeting the challenge affiliates gets a sense of accomplishment which then strengthens their resolve to succeed.

SFI has made it pretty simple to know if you are on track. Start with your Launchpad lessons and your "To Do List". By following these during your first 30 days you will get a great start down the right path.
The next step is to become familiar with the marketing tools and lessons that are available. Your main goal as a new affilaite is to learn how to market the business opportunity and Tripleclicks.
Finally, always keep in touch with your sponsor. Since their success is dependent on the success of their downline, they want to see you succeed and will do all they can to help you.

The wonderful thing about SFI is that they have such a varied support system. Look how many answers you are getting now without your sponsor.
You have an upline above your sponsor. Go up as high as you need to get questions answered. Those people want to see you succeed. There success depends on the success of people like you in their downline.
I see you a member of A2A. Find a few members that have been with SFI for a few years and are working their business and use them as a resource.
Look for answers on the Forum. Many times I find what I am looking for there.
Whatever you do, don't let an inactive sponsor make you inactive. You are not alone in your SFI business. Just commit to spending a bare minimum of 30 minutes a day learning and, in time, you will succeed.

Which is the best option to qualify for EA each month & why? For example IAHBE, S-Buider or any other option?

I like to purchase inexpensive busincess oriented ebooks. You can get many that are worth 40 or more Versapoints for around $1.00.
After 15 days you can do a review that will get you another 25 points apiece, up to 10 per month. That adds up to around 650 Versapoints each month for around $10.00.
This in itself will not get you to EA quaifications, but ut is a great way to build your knowledge to help you grow your business while attaining some needed Versapoints.

During the first 30 days with SFI new affilates receive a Launchpad instructional email everyday. By concentrating on reading each of these they get a very good understanding of how the program works. Team this with the daily "To-Do List" and by the end of 30 days the new affiliate will know how SFI works and where to find the tools and training to start making their business successful.
