Basically SFI itself provides you with all you need.
In quite other area of life, I teach in the following manner:
I ask questions, apprentice has to find the answer. No direct queries to me allowed, guesses only. Why am I doing it like that?
Simple. If he/she finds the answer after several futile tries, this knowledge will be burnt in his/her mind forever. If I just tell them, they will forget it in 5 minutes.
Yes, it is not easy to become my apprentice and even harder to stay, but that's another story.
I told this just to show you that only knowledge you dig for yourself is really yours. A good mentor will show you where to dig and help you when you are really stuck. But do not expect from your mentors to walk the way instead of you.
And this is the answer to you question. Ask your sponsor, co-sponsor or any other mentor to show you where to go and what to do. Then proceed further on your own. Do not ask anything you cannot solve yourself. But if you are really stuck, do not hesitate to contact them any time.
