There might be a need to reassign PSAs from time to time. The whole purpose of reassigning PSAs is to obtain leverage. One has to consider several factors when reassigning PSAs. Reassigning PSAs to someone in their own country is a good idea provided certain criteria is fulfilled.

A good understanding of leverage is needed before you reassign PSAs. You can have thousands of affiliates in your first generation but if they find that they can’t make any progress they will continue

I don’t think that it is a bad idea to reassign PSAs to your downline who are in the formers' own locality or country. It will certainly give an additional boost towards their growth and also in interacting much easily with their sponsor. Constant interaction in their own language will instill more confidence in them to perform much better and to their fullest to produce positive results in the system.

However, it is also to be noted that the reassignment is being made to the

It is always a great Idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in your team who belongs to the same country. Here are some points to support my answer

1. It increases the chances to keep the new affiliate active as he can understand the system better from his country mate.

2. He can use his mother tongue to understand the needs better.

3. He will have high faith on the business as the payment and shipping varies from country to country.

4. After all, It increases

I think that this is a fantastic way to grow your business.

If you reassign affiliates to a "go getter" in their own country they will be able to communicate with them in their own language, be mindful of cultural differences and be able to help them with so many other things that someone from another country can't do.

It also takes a bit of the burden off you if you have a large team, you can share the load out.

I've reassigned about 60 affiliates to a

When thinking about reassigning your PSAs to someone taking consideration of the country of origin of your PSAs, ask yourself these questions: Will it benefit your PSA and that someone in your downline? Will it benefit the whole team?

Advantages of reassigning new PSAs to someone in your downline in their own country:

- Cultural background plays an important role in communication, eliminating language barriers.

- That someone in your downline, (EA, EA2, TL) will take

Yes if you have other PSAs in the same country as him/her. The most important thing is to reassign to a downline member who speaks the same language as the person being reassigned. An example of this is that if you have an African PSA who speaks French but your other african team members live in the UK and speak only English then you will not be able to reassign to them but if you have a French Canadian PSA then you can reassign your french speaking african to the French Canadian ( because he/she

Yes it is a good idea, but, I would not limit my reassignments to this idea.

There are some obvious advantages to same country reassignments.
I would consider a few of things prior to reassigning PSAs.
Mentoring and advancing your downlines progress can be influenced by matching
some affiliates with the same or similar cultural backgrounds.
Language is an important consideration, to avoid translation difficulties.
You may find it more beneficial for growing your

If you have repeatedly tried to contact a PSA but haven’t received any feedback, one of the reasons may be the language barrier. Particularly so if you notice that he/she is logging in regularly and trying to find the way. In such cases, it’s most probably a good idea to reassign that PSA to someone from his/her own country as that would be beneficial for both of you.

But, if you have already determined that there is no language barrier and the PSA is doing a good job, I don’t see

It would be a good idea to re-assign your PSA/CSA to someone of their own country, if only there seems to be a language barrier. The country sponsor/co-sponsor can explain in detail and more clearly using local metaphores etc.

last week I had a local affiliate ask me how I managed to achieve BTL status and if I could help him through as he is new at SFI. his English was also not very good so I had to explain to him in the local dialect (Sinhala).

Well, some would suggest using

Reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

Yes and no.

YES if you have enough PSAs as your movers at first generation downline. Let us say that you have 5 or 6 frontliner workers downline. Re assign to them if the affiliates subject for re assignment has 600 VP or more for three months. Re-assignment makes your downline whom receive re assign affiliates encourage more to work hard building their SF I business. Re assign affiliates to the most deserving one. There
