"How do you keep brand new affiliates from quitting or becoming inactive almost immediately after joining?"

The problem here is human nature. You can't control other people and most people like to procrastinate. They might have joined 'cos they like your catchy advertisement, but now they expect the money to appear like magic in their bank accounts.

The best you can do is to keep the communication channels open. Post a message to them every week telling them how wonderful SFI is and what is new at SFI for the week. Purposely ASK them to contact you with any and all questions. Provide alternatives (WhatsApp, email, Skype, etc.) to contact you. Those who are interested will contact you.

I believe that in order to keep affiliates from quitting or becoming inactive is very important. You must contact them immediately. Send them an E-card or call them if you can. I would prefer to call them. Then you can start a positive transition between them and yourself. Discuss how SFI works and encourage them to become active or not to quit. That they will not see the possibility of getting an income if they quit. Discuss everything positive about SFI such as:
1.having fun playing all the games,
2.bidding on auctions and winning,
3.selling your stuff in your own business,
4.getting rewards,
5.becoming a team leader,
6.your earnings can grow larger every month due to commissions Income when affiliates you have sponsored in SFI buy products themselves,
7. they sale products from Triple Clicks,
8. when their sponsored affiliates and Triple Clicks members make purchases.

These are the best 8 reasons for every TL to contact and to encourage all of their affiliates who are not active or may also be quitting. I would find out the reasons why. Then I would tell them how I have grown to the GTL level in less than 2 years. Tell them how many times you have won the Grand, T-time, won bids, sold your items, made money advertising ECA products where their products have been sold.

All of these reasons are what I believe will help all affiliates to see how great SFI is and see how great this business can become. I would also tell them about finding answers to questions on the Forum, making friends, and feeling like SFI is family.

This is what I would say to my affiliates. I hope I have covered all the positive aspects of SFI.

Honestly, you can only show your affiliates the path. You can't make them travel the path and you can't do the work for them. That said, when I have a mover, I direct them to the exact resources I use and the steps I take routinely to achieve what I achieve and I am 1 in my class. So if they want to be number one in their class, it's simply a matter of adhering to my recommendations. Consequentially, if you can help your team to cash out as early as possible; you will have a network of workers for life. This is my objective and I try to learn how much money they expect to make and then give them a plan to make that happen. Definitely keep the lines of communication open.

Possible causes of inactivity:
Failure to log in every day and do the required work.
Affiliates are constantly looking for something better.
Affiliates say they do not understand the program.
When they join SFI they are looking to get rich quick or are broke and need quick income.
They are inactive because their sponsors do not try to help their team members understand the SFI system, because they do not understand how SFI works themselves.
Sponsors do not have time to explain SFI to their downline, so there is a communication gap.
A lot of new affiliates do not have the patience to learn the benefits of SFI.
Some new affiliates are not interested in studying about SFI or do not want to take more time learning how to run their businesses SFI.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO KEEP NEW AFFILIATES FROM LOSING INTEREST
1.Keep sending them group messages week after week, sharing information, the latest news and new developments in the business. Keep sharing with them every milestone achieved by members of your team and won prizes at different contests that will show them how much fun they're missing.
2.Start with the checklist, and the very first thing is to send out a personal welcome e-mail. Do not send this to their TeamMail, send this to the e-mail address they signed up with. Why? If they are just tire kickers, or just curious, they will not usually log back into their homepage. Therefore, they would not get the message sent. By sending the e-mail to their registered e-mail account, you stand a better chance of them seeing the e-mail.
3.You can offer rewards such as TCredits, TC gift certificates, and SFI Affiliate reassignments. These will not only get your PSAs motivated but will also help you to nudge them in the right direction as far as what they should be working on
4.And encourage them to do the following:

1) They must either begin to buy from TC or find people who will.

2) They must step out and begin advertising to strangers.

3) They must look at the other income streams offered by SFI.

4) They must figure how to use other people's money in order to succeed. And to tell those people how they will benefit. Do this by encouraging ECAs, find people who will sell TC products or buy them. There are also other ways "

Based on my personal experience, such actually depends on the individual.

We can send them welcome letters.. offer them assistance and explain the simplicity of the programs to them as much as we can.. but it all comes down to what the affiliate wants for him or herself.

What I suggest is that you continue to provide them with training.. giving them little doses at a time, while explaining to them the various ways of generating an income for themselves in the very best of ways.

In other words, do what's in your power to keep them from becoming inactive almost from the beginning.. by continuing to do all the things you must do as a sponsor, co-sponsor, team leader and, of course, be an awesome affiliate.

The beginning actions of the newly signed up team member, well, that is totally up to the individual. The only thing to be done, is to do our part.

Send the welcome message. Make sure they know and understand that you are there to help them along. Let them know that SFI is not a scam or hype. Continue to provide the guidance that is needed.

Beyond that, like I mentioned above, it is up to the individual if they want to take advantage of all of the perks building a business with SFI.

Well, that is a really tricky question. From my experience, the most of new affiliates just register and never log in again.
What we can do to prevent it from happening? Set up a warm welcome message so they see it as soon as they join your team. Explain them in short what is expected of them and tell them that you are always there to help, so they feel comfortable.
Do not send them many messages-they might get the feeling that they will have to be tied to PC everyday. One message is enough but it has to be a good one. And even if it is the best one they could never log in again. That is not your fault but their loss.

There is no secret formula. Send them a message, or E-Card (my preferred method) the minute you get the notice of them joining.

The first few minutes is what I call the HOT WINDOW. That window of time when they are logged on and checking out the site. If they are not impressed by what they see, they may never come back. If they know someone cares, it carries a lot of weight!

As much as we would love to have them continue being active, it is truly not up to us. We can do everything in out power to support them by sending them a great welcome letters,send them all the information they need to get started and training that follows that. We can answer their questions and concerns and even gift them with T Credits or gift cards. However, if they just want a microwave business (where everything happens quickly) they will be disappointed and quit. We can encourage them and tell them of our experiences, but if they don't want to put the time and effort in, there is nothing we can really do.

Keeping brand new PSAs and stop them from quitting does not depend on long sermon on how the SFI business is wonderful or how free you can register; after all there are many preachers and registrations are going on in thousands on daily basis.
People are all out for evidence; you said this wonderful, show me how it has improved your life. How much do you net in, how are growing? What reward have you got for your effort in the business?
If these are provided, many will be willing to stay and fight hard to succeed; even the patience people preach about will be exercised with less difficulty. The new PSAs are mammoth of witness who will spread the news on how well what they have been introduced to is working.
